It was just a suggestion. Just refrase it a bit to apply to new bases that was aproved by house space inRP on forum. I bet you rogues base infront of manhattan notwill not be app by LiGov and so remove ad fast as possible. Its just a suggestion but does not mean much going on about it its not gonna change in any case.

If you want more survivability for Core 1 bases (which ultimately means every Tom, Dick, and Nancy who builds one will keep it around longer and that's just way more POBs overall), then make the Base construction ship an SRP component. Then, at least there will be effort involved on multiple fronts.

Otherwise, seems the current rules are working just fine.
