Intelligence Faction cloaks (suggestion)

I eventually skipped the whole general discussion about cloaks and went into this specific case;

the rules prevent you to act on screenshots/Intel gathered while cloaked so what will be the point of this?

if you want it to be private:

rp in group chat

have someone with a cloak disruptor. otherwise, what's the point?

If the cloaks would be replaced with something that just takes removes you from the scanners I'd have a very happy fun-fun time actually caring for those.

That hiding-behind-rocks to avoid being detected while also being able to spy on people without being invisible and with a chance that people will see you and kill you is making me tick. Give me that. Give me that now and with a can of Pepsi near it.
