As my my extended absence was no doubt noted I wished to inform you of my return to my original assignments. I see that several projects are under way that could no doubt benefit from a fresh set of hyperspace surveys so I plan to have the Aurora pulled from mothball in short order.

I'd prefer we meet at the Freeport. I don't want the insinuation that we're conspiring with the Militant groups, as that will send an incorrect message to our intentions in the region. We wish to restore the economic liveliness that once was at the center of Bering, and support morale of organizations and individuals alike. I have been in talks with Synth Foods about upgrading the Quetzalcoatl's Biomes and we have reached an agreement and a timetable for construction. However I do need to schedule drydock time at Livadia for not only the removal of the Biomes but also their integration. I'm hoping you'll be able to assist me in this matter.

While I can't give you an exact date or time - should you put your vessel at Livadia, we will put it in the dock as soon as physically possible for your refitting process. We're still finishing Livadia's expansion, and we still have an additional module to move into position after completion, however, there's more than enough room with the four modules currently coupled onto the shipyard to do the required work. Both standard sized docks are currently occupied, but we'll do what we can to make it happen.
I'm currently off site at the moment, however, I will do my best to ensure this is accomplished in a timely manner.
