The rules mention attacking.
The rules do not mention defending.
Just becasue you do not have time to roleplay before you attack or becasue someone else is running away, doesn't give you the right to BREAK the rules.
The rules aren't broken. You got shot and you died, now you're trying to find any possible loophole to avoid getting shot and killed again. We've been there before. When you make enemies, they're going to shoot you. They're going to roleplay that they intend to shoot you. They're going to give you time to respond to that and then they will shoot. That is what enemies do.
That's what happens when you make enemies who are active and have the means to kill you.

I don't mean to whine or complain, but saying that the enemy leaves you time to respond is a big fat lie (at least for some of them)
When I freshly joined the server, most of my first PvP encounters with a lot of people ended up by me getting shot while answering to their often poor RP (because rules, ya know...).
I don't say that everyone acts like this, but the fact that some people type l1, l2, (maybe l3) and shoot right after pushing enter has to be taken into account too.
So it's a fact that some people are so afraid to lose their "blue" that they just forget about proper RP and you get rekt while trying to type a response to your enemies taunting/insults/agressive greetings.

The life story of your characters must be really boring if you can sum them up in 4 lines of RP to be honest. Just my opinion though.

So you say your characters have more backstory than 5 lines which is a good thing. Then where did you get that those 5 lines should be used for this purpose? Where was any of this mentionned outside of your own mouth? Why do you argue on a point that you yourself presented? You're almost arguing with yourself.
As I said before, is your life so important and busy that adding 2-3 more lines and using up a whole 10 more seconds of your life that much of problem?
You know from all of this, I love that I have not targeted anyone in particular and this stemmed from discussion I have have for over 6 years, and the people that are attacking this post are well... A/) and congress members that assume I am targeting them.

That I can agree with and have experienced. The situation which prompted this thread isn't the case though.

Yes. That's because the motivation behind this critique is because you're mad over the fact that Auxesia is effective at their job. So what you are doing is to create a slow and cumbersome system in order for you to shut them down and leave.

But it falls into the same category of "not enough RP before engaging" so it might be worth mentioning to point out the fact that a lot of people do use the lack of precision in this rule to simply get their daily blue and never have to fear repercussions from staff side.
