It has come to my attention that Auxesia itself has started the proliferation of a certain set of prototype propulsion systems that have caught my interest, as IRG would greatly benefit from their capabilities when fit for our shipment vessels. If you would allow us, we will do what is required to construct and implement these systems onto our unarmed transports to give them a small edge in the long haul.

Before I start, I should make it clear that you are going to be only directing it to "Keeper" from now on. Leviathan is permanently indiposed.
I must admit, I did not expect you to see word of the prototypes this early, but oh well. I digress. No, no IRG cannot utilise the propulsion systems. Perhaps if you were inquiring for yourself and you were willing to help us make improvements to the system itself, maybe then.
These systems will remain a close 'trump card' for our personnel and assets which as far as we're aware, will guarantee a tactical edge over most scenario. As such we cannot risk any leaks this early in the prototype phase.
It should be noted that coming by for materials and resources is rare and even costly to some degree, not to mention the potential risks of experimental technology.

It's unfortunate that such a fate has befell Leviathan, however, I'm sure the events that made such a fate were his own.
As for the propulsion systems, I amend my request, and you already know I am more than willing to work with your teams; I already do. I'm more than willing to cover the costs and acknowledge the risks already. Should you allow it, I'll only mount one system on my personal ZBT-1002 Deep Space Transport, as propulsion and shielding is the only assets at its disposal. I've adopted the mantra that if you don't get caught in the first place, you don't need to worry about your shielding in the first place. That being said, I would much appreciate the opportunity to aid in development and did not ask previously as a means of information protection.

We have come to a decision regarding this, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality of data agreement, after installation, you will be required to forward analytics, flight data and will be required to have daily check-in's for safety, feedback and improvements.
For the first five check-in sessions, there will be a tracking system on the systems for the purposes of emergancy and recovery - should something happen to you, this will be removed after we are confident that everything is running smoothly.
We will not be tracking you, it will only trigger an SOS sequence to alert our people, should something terrible happen to your vessel, this will allow us to help you.
