Why cant users have custom titles.

i came to this thread to try and explain why would be a bad idea, but as it seems both @Alley and @sindroms already did a great job at it

however .. after i scrolled through this thread i find myself asking: Why do we have custom signature too?

It's even easier to hide offensive, immature things in one's posts. Hell, I could write a terrible 20k word RP story, split it up in 100 posts and no-one would ever find out that it contains 2 paragraphs of racist memes.
