Despite being on either end of the proxy conflict between the Outcasts and the Corsairs, the 'casts don't seem to mind the Gaians all that much. Gaians don't shoot Outcast NPCs and vice versa, despite Kirkwall being taken by Gaians from Outcasts in the past.
