I don't see a point in your disbandment notice. You are not even an official faction to make such a note. The only reason you'd do that is to bring attention to yourself and this makes complicated emotions about your disbandment as well.

I completely understand you - I've been trying to play KSP before with my friends and we had basically the same issues. I hope you will remain playing in here, just with different faction.

Yeah but its become so disco to expect a lot from players here and then expect them to stay quiet about the problems, and not even say a word as they go down.
The server is kept in a self destructive mode. No one can do much here beyond basics and that obviously dries up, faster than in years prior. With each day this places moves closer to being unsalvageable population wise. And it is 100% caused by poor use of the game. There is nothing being done with this place compared to what we could have, we just need to make some long needed changes. How anyone expects this place to be remotely functional anymore is beyond me, and the staff continue avoiding the real problem.
Take this mod and do something with it, ignore the faction heads that would say 'no don't allow player freedom here or there!' because its a reflex to keep what you have for the least possible, but it sucks the life out of the server. Someone or someones have been choking this place off for years and it has only proven to let this place go to waste. Its simple math regarding the need to set up avenues for players to actually do stuff with regards to story and faction development. Thats what people come here for, and after arriving get nailed into conforming to the do nothing attitude. So much that is possible here simply is not allowed! Not impossible. So its funny because we could have a much different server but someone or people with the power to do something either don't notice or believe otherwise and don't care. And we have lost years here because of that. No change here means this place is over bud, and yelling at people for talking about it isnt the answer.
Not to mention, our community is filled with parties that have been dominating the place for years, also being big obstacles to actual progress. If you want to know how to remove our community's toxicity from deterring players, all we need do is employ a fair system for exerting change, and then we'll really see who should be leading factions. Make all the factions and devs and admins follow the same OPEN system and remove the real cause of butthurt and ragequitting. Its going to take more than the odd supply event or community pvp gaggle to fix this place.

Them being unofficial and actually describing the reasons why they stopped playing indicates no relation to devs or admins' work. I interacted with the guys on a few occasions and from talking can certainly say their reasons have nothing to do with what you have described. Pay your respect and move on, do not create yet another conspiracy theory about evil Devs chewing up the faction.

Its pretty obvious that a lot of the problems with holding players and factions comes down to lack of incentive. They can't find lawful players for a lot of reasons. Even despite time constraints of RL, I still believe its a sign of a bigger problem. And part of my comment was in regards to a toxic suppressive attitude of people around here, like a baseless labeling of criticism as conspiracy theory. The devs didn't directly cause it, its indierctly caused, in part, by lack of action. Besides, what is the definition of a conspiracy again?
