The Molly pilots despite showing up half-drunk scored three scalps of the Corsair elite aces with the help of their Coalition allies. Although this certainly raised red flags for the Corsairs, and reminded them that Bretonia has another unlawful raiding group that can pack a punch it wasn't enough to repel their raiding party. The followup raid on Kilrea of the 5 ships that weren't shot down reportedly hit a Molly supply room where most of the station's cheap alcohol got spaced, leading to station-wide unrests and panic.
Fallout
Instead of their planned push towards Omega-5 and partnering with Red Hessians, the Molly morale suffered a blow and put them on the defensive - instead of bringing the fight to the Corsairs they for now decide to face them on their home front, close to their supply lines, by redirecting more of their patrols to Poole , Southern Dublin and around Garvagh in Omega-49.
