Greetings, leaders of the Sirius Revolutionary Coalition Army, I am Guard pilot and Captain Izii Helfari. I'm no stranger to witnessing the S.C.R.A.'s finest in action, as a trip through Rheinland in my private Raven Talon fighter proved. I placed two of my vessels, the Broken-Hammer and my secondary Guard duty vessel, a Conference class gunboat. I can understand the tension of allowing a large-class vessel into your borders, thus the second entry. I know the relations between the Zoners as a whole can prove to be fruitful if improved on a general level amongst seasoned captains and pilots like myself. As for the Council of Zoners, I would only wish to open talks if deemed worthy by the commanding officers and leaders of the S.C.R.A. forces.

As for anything I might find of interest by being granted the privilege of entering your borders, myself and my marines aboard the Broken-Hammer have proven ourselves on many boarding actions with direlict or disabled vessels in the Omicron systems controlled by the Nomads. My lieutenant of those men expressed an interest after reading about the skill of your soldiers, and expressed an interest in perhaps staging military games to share tactics and routines that might help his men perform better, and perhaps give insight to the Coalition soldiers on how Sirius marines perform their combat routines.

All in all, allowance or rejection, I will personally hold an admiration for the servicemen and women of the S.C.R.A., as they have proven in all my encounters with them an interesting and brave people.
