I've made it clear about 20 million times, we do own Vespucci! I gave the 400 mil to Wolfpack, and he gave us the nonexistent deed! Lol, he said it was ours. I posted a thread about it, look back in the forums. It was confirmed, and no admin ever said "Wait, something messed up, here's your money back." The Dab-designed version is going to be in 4.83 (As far as i know...), and we own it! Any questions?

I haven't actually said Omicron-74 was ours. In fact, I'm about 18 jump holes away from getting the required 400 mil to my treasury to pay for it for 4.83. I also designed it for AW, free of charge. And yes, AW will pay the 1 bil cost. *Hands 1 bil from his right to his left hand.* See?

AW already owns the Zoner rep, and as thus, they can take the Zoner Guard System. I believe Igiss said that existing factions can keep their existing systems, however I must ask why does AW need a SECOND system ? Neither SF or RM make use of our respectable guard systems, if at all.

So.. a dedicated place for Applications/Requests, and a dedicated place for acknowledgements, and either approval or denial. Seems like it would vastly simplify the process, cut through the confusion and angst, and be an official record for any further questions or disputes on the systems in question.
There are a lot of things we need and I'm hoping I don't need to clutter things up. However to simplify things I may dump a bunch of "Important" Posts in a thread and it will be up to you as individuals to read the fine print.

I had been under the impression that Igiss changed it to not having official ownership of the system, just a right to control it via RP. So AW could control Theta as it is Zoner-controlled. But we don't technically own it. So I was going to buy Omicron-74 while we continued to protect and administer Theta.
