i was in my img| mining ship, the 3 of you came around and positioned yourself within 10 meters of java asking me for a little donation, or to follow you to your own system, i docked \
after that i undocked as =CR=Dutch[44th] and one of my first sentence was // i am the miner

being RP gods yourself you know you can't attack me and i can't attack you but one of your friends constantly shot my shields, so i fired back
while still typing i noticed an engagement notice and in 2 sec i was dead.

i know i had to leave tau 23 when i undocked java, but i also know i have some time to do so ( 10 / 20 min)

the result of my death and my 2 or 3 lines of OOC was a sanction.

So you disengaged, switched ships in violation of server rules, and got a fighter out? ( you were engaged I took all the shields off of that IMG miner)

Then, with RP going on for quite a while, and as a pirate I am allowed to randomly strip your shields... especially when RP is going on for as long as it did... Then when I finally gave a full engagement notice (even though it was redundant) and shot you with a full battery of Razors... to which you blew up...

You spewed OOC stuff over the system chat... (for which you were sanctioned) after all this... ahem...

you think we're in the wrong doing exactly what our ID says we can do...

only 3 lines, if you were smart enough you knew you couldnt attack me, i took my nyx out so i don't get kicked of base idling, cause all my ships are docked at java.
if i took my trader out, youll probably engaged and destroyed the trader before the undock sequence ( animation) has ended.
and even the java defense guns wasnt fire'ing at you

You broke another rule by doing that. You cannot dock on a station with one character after being engaged and 'take' another ship out, especially not one of ANOTHER FACTION.

I can, and do know you can be attacked under the circumstances of the RP.

The Sanction alone should be enough to warn you of the situation and that you were in the wrong. Three lines or one letter of OOC is against the rules.

You really need to read the rule book. I have enclosed the link to it, for your reference.

If you have a proper complaint or feedback that isn't 'I got shot' then we'd welcome you to share it. But if you are just here to brag about how you break the rules, I am sorry this isn't the place for that.

You were shot at point blank range, repeatedly with Razors. You then docked on a base and switched from your IMG to a CR.

This is classified as cheating and is defined in the rules.

Please do not brag about this here. Don't justify it here either.

This was after a piracy demand was issued to your Mining vessel in the first place. This is a serious charge, please take caution in what you are saying.

You were being pirated, check the rules again.

How about I reference the rules in question, so that you are clear.

Firstly your docking on your IMG| and then launching on your =CR= that you yourself mentioned.

This is a break of the following rules:

5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:

a) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
b) Moving more than 10km from the fight.

and

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

Now then as for my actions on your IMG mining vessel:

6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.

You were not destroyed, but as has been defined by the rules and precedence I am allowed to strip you of your shields if I so require. You were also issued several demands in this time. I do have screen shots of this.


As for attacking your fighter:

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

you were attacked after 10 minutes of RP in which you insulted us while sitting overtop of Java station. You were also issued a clear warning that I was going to shoot you. A clear warning that is, again, covered by the screenshot.

After you died you were angry started talking over the System chat, and you were sanctioned for this.

Let me make it clear. You were destroyed, and you were sanctioned by your behaviour. This has led to your being angry, and thus this series of posts. It is identified and so noted.

you cant pirate an img when he is hugging java, its just plain stupid, java's defense gun had to shoot at you, but they didnt
what you did was just plain ganking with what? 2 bombers and 1 fighter? like you probably also do on your outcast character\
i undocked as =cr=dutch, let you know with an OOC line i was the same miner, so you won't engage me, but you did, i didnt move at all.

for that i could get you sanctioned, but i didnt

for me, QCP is KOS from now on

good thing is that a few colonials blew up your ship after that
