I still dont understand why would a good OC would go to NY since battles there have no fun, i remember old days our best pilots could easilly fight 1 to 3 navy fighters and still win with no difficulty, its much better fight the corsairs.

As someone who took a Scimitar and a pair of Sabres down to NY a time or three... that is the fun, taking on superior numbers and winning.
... or, more accurately, losing and hearing about your wingmen winning.
Get your bloody Trident swarms out of Liberty and into Eta to fight the Corsairs.
Or are you to buisy loling and demanding 10 mil from 1k transports?
Seriously, if any of the OC EVER complain about a lack of people in Alpha, and cry when the Corsairs come and outnumber them slightly, i will go Xeno and duct tape you to a chair facing a screen that shows what your swarms of indies are doing to Liberty, and leave you there for a week to let your brain degrade. I might go as far as saying that they are causing a large ammount of the lolwuttery to be observed there.

Slightly!?? I dont even recall fighting corsairs without being heavily outnumbered these days..
Seriously i dont see it as a problem, in the last raids or mini-invasions the only way the corsairs managed to kill the most skilled fighters of Malta was being 7 to 1, 5 to 1, 6 to 2... even those CR have some sense of honor, most of the times they try to balance the numbers on the fights.
(Corsairs like today let them come, right now, our best pilots have proven that they can fight 1 to 3 and with some skill easilly win)
And on the OC in Liberty, i dont understand why go to the most OORP sistem of Sirius these days!??
