You should do vast improvements in your role play and in game behaviour. And remove the legates from your unexperienced members first.
Beeing not so good in PvP is not excuse to gank people with Legates. Bringging 4 of them and 1 cruiser in hostile space just to be blasted by one enemy cruiser and stationary battleship dont shows something good.

Your member's RP sucks - both in language and behavior. You should fix that before even thinking of going official. Not to mention that a 4th official corsair faction is not going to happen so you should try to "merge" into TBH or the Benitez's, if they want you there in the first place

No, they are not new members, they all have been in Gamma for months, screaming "let's raid Alpha, we need more caps" every single day. In RP those raids you do are doing nothing but waste the Empire's resources and claiming one of your objectives is to keep on doing that it's simply wrong.
Fix your RP, trim your members and join TBH or the Benitez's
refrain yourself from using 4 lone legates in bretonia (or other non-corsair systems). i heard some bad rumors about you. if you do it again, you will be:
1 - shouted at iRP
2 - fined BADLY (think i-have-to-sell-a-CAU6-to-pay-this-fine bad)
3 - rephacked and KOS
well, they are joined alone to the HAF, i dont know who are joined those people, they want a tag , only for feeling inside a group and that thing is bother for me , many time was forget this facction for the leader and is time i take the leader.
