And attacking pirates will bring him into the picture.

While he doesn't like them. No human life can be expended, the ends cannot justify the means

This idea I support at the moment and I'd like to see more support for this group too.. Unfortunately it is hard to get support for some groups.. on a side note.. the houses may be better in the neutral (but not fond of) area seeing as helping them might be a side effect of some of the actions of this group

As for the zoner faction.. I suppose it would depend on who he has spoken with at first.. if he has spoken with any other leaders.. and now it would be the point to start talking with you..
