A trading vessel, the Advanced Train Kindred was destroyed after being spotted in the Chugoku, and followed to Hokkaido. When the Train had halted, the pilot attempted to convince me to reduce my fee, I say 'attempted', because after a system-wide chase, my patience grows thin.

Apathetic.Annihilator is now on my KoS list, it is a sad day when dragons will not help another fight off the Bounty Hunter scum. I attempted to call in the Togo-Class Battleship, but the vessel was docked. I had to retreat to Kyoto, where I am currently waiting for the Hunters to leave.

I heard one unconfirmed report yesterday, a trader opened comms with me yelling something about someone called "warrior", I had no idea what they were talking about, not knowing who warrior was, but that might have something to do with what you're talking about.

Looking for an upgrade to Cruiser-Class, 60M to go, I thought I'd notify the council of my intentions.

Dear lords and ladys, fellow Blood Dragons,
this day during my patrol in our zone of interest, there were two unpleasant events:
One was a very unfriendly trader named Szigi, that refused to pay a fee for passing Chugoku space, even though I offered him the chance multiple times. After taking off his shields and half of his hull, the vessel suddenly speeded up and vanished in the vacuum. Maybe a new cloak device sold to traders?
Anyways, I will keep an eye open for this strange guy.
The other disturbance during my patrol occured in Chugoku: A corsair gunboat named Templar appeared via the Sigma 13 jump hole. At first, the conflict was carried out with words only:
After the last word, he opened fire. As I was alone and my long-range scanners showed no fellow Dragons, I decided to retreat to Kyoto, where I still am right now.
But, a corsair daring to invade Chugoku space should not get away with it that simply. I will keep my eyes open for him.
