He didn't. He first sided with Hitler, then Hitler backstabbed him. Then the guys who were already at war with Hitler (democracies) chose Stalin as the lesser of 2 evils and sided with him. Although I wouldn't try to justify any sort of "logic" chosing Hitler or Stalin as examples. Cause they were like... you know... crazy.

Part of the reason for our NAP with the Bretonians was the fact that the Corsairs are a threat to both of us, and yes, having Bretonia out of our way will free up more of our forces to fight Corsairs.

if you want pew GRN - do Baf\Council\cr chars,and log them. But not move Nomads BS or SCRA wing of bombers which flying from far system to kill GRN.

Uh, right. As I said before, my point was to point out that communist leaders historically didn't have a problem with working with (or at least not openly attacking, which is more what the SCRA/Bret NAP is) countries that they didn't agree with ideologically. Because they weren't complete idiots and saw that sometimes not shooting everyone who you don't agree with can be smart.

Yeah, SCRA were flying around in part of their ZOI. Saw Bretonians and Gallics fighting.

Their logic went like this:

We hate Gallics.
We don't shoot Bretonians.
:idea:
So, let's shoot the Gallics and not shoot the Bretonians!

I was a part of the BAF during the fight. They were NOT in our group. They were NOT "working with us". They did their own thing, completely independent of the other forces there fighting the GRN and Reavers.
