After a long tenure, the diplomat for the Republic Rheinland in New Tokyo has stepped down for health reasons. Long deliberations ensured, and after a week or two of shuffling in the Bundestag, a replacement was found. Frederik Dresner is a long time member of the Rheinland diplomatic core, and is vehemently outspoken when it comes to Rheinland's position on the Corsairs.
Diplomatic appointments being public information, the corsair council quickly learned of this new appointment and viewed it as a threat to their precarious position with the new Kishiro lead Kusari. With the official announcement of Dresner's appointment, the council agreed the only way to safely obtain their position in a new Kusari was with Dresner's death.
Contacting the Unioners, the Corsair leadership established the time and date of Dresner's transfer. He was to be shuttled aboard a diplomatic convoy from the system of Frankfurt, to that of New Tokyo. Security would be light during the trip through sigma 13 on account of the GMG's relations with Rheinland. It was agree this would be the perfect time to strike.
The GMG have, however, agree to provide security of their own once the convoy reaches Naha. Once an attack starts, these forces will surely be called upon for defense. The corsairs must strike swiftly and in overwhelming numbers, enlisting the help of their Unioner allies. The attack will take place half way between the Frankfurt gate and Helgoland.
This event is open to all who wish to come. Numbers will be balanced, of corse, and anyone split on who to sign up as should bring their corsair or unioner before their lawful.
There are no battleships allowed, while the Corsairs get two crusiers for their strike team and the Rheinland diplomat will be carried in one cruiser.
The corsair and unioner strike team will consist of:
2,5 hours until Event will take place. As it looks like, I need to disinvite one of the RM indies, as the unlawful side is supposed to have an advantage of 2 additional ships.
Unless someone with a corsair or unioner char signs in.

There is going to be an additional Sair indie. Talked to him in game. I will explain the procedure to him as I think he has no idea of the event on the forum.
