It was long, or felt long because of how much happened so quickly.

People asked about making morphs, general RP changes and experimenting as well as something else I cannot remember.

Nyah~ drove me insane. I never thought I would dislike catgirls so much.

So I got on, some dude named AndrewMM1337 kept OOC'ing on system chat so I told him to not OOC in system chat and that this was a role play server, and he was quite cooperative.

He then asked how to make 5 million quickly since he had 15 million and wanted to get a hegemon miner, so I told him about Helium mining in Pennsylvania and then he remembered where he mined the other day and went along to get that 5 million.

Hello folks.

As of today, in n00bl3t's absence, I am the faction leader of the Angels. During my "reign", I'd like to see a step-up in overall activity of the members in the Angels. This would help the server and the community a lot, as more people in the Angels would be available more often to help new and old players alike both in-game and on the forums.

I will be moving the banks over to a separate account shortly. If/when n00bl3t returns and wishes to become the faction leader again (and if I grow tired of being so), I will simply hand him the account instead of doing the whole movechar thing and having to reset all the codes.

Thank you for participating in the Angels, and thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope to be a good leader of Discovery's best and only helper faction.

So my shift started with me sitting on Newark being all bored, checking back to skype every five minutes.
With no PMs and nothing none or nothing to help with for over an hour I decided to do something fun!

Annddd... What's more fun than seeing Gallia, Now with my neutral-ness I had a serious case of the MC Hammers. So I was flying most of the trip without watching where I was going and mainly being on skype. Only checking back in case someone needed the aid of an Angel.

So I'm in Orkney and I run into two Keeper vessels. Their names unfortunately escape me, One was a Void runner and the other was that weird gunboat thingy. So they CDed me half way through Orkney and tried some ARR PEE with me. It worked wonders because within seconds I was no longer my bored, star-burst gummi eating self. After a few lines of keeper dialogue they gestured for me to follow [***...(Presence) ...Join ......Follow ...(Uneasy)...***] and throwing me a group invite. Still no requests for help so I continued with my extremely enjoying ARR PEE session with the two keepers, pulling me around the border worlds in search of [ **(Metal) **...Husks**..] to "Enlighten" then they sent me a call request on skype, to which I reluctantly accepted. Listening in on their shenanigans I tried to avoid laughing uncontrollably.

After quite a while. I'd say 90 minutes I started to receive some requests for Aid in the form of player demanding 4 million from me because he messed up his rep and he didn't want to fix it with missions or bribes. I explained in length ways to fix his rep including ;Contacting someone of the faction he is currently hostile to but wants to become Neutral or Friendly and asking for some missions, Looking for bribes or simply doing some missions for some neutral factions close to the factions he's hostile with to which his reply was "Dude ur not listening to me, I want 4 mil and I'll delete my old account ". I told him that is not the Angel way and left it at that.

A few more players asked for aid with simply things like finding the Barghest bomber in Cassini to which he believed it was on Foster base, Nothing is on Foster base!
I told him it was on Attica and the Co-Ords and he thanked me and was on his way.

I believe there was on more player who requested help. He was inquiring to how you do missions. I asked him if he had played Single Player. He hadn't so I told him go to any bar and there should be missions or he could go play Single Player.

I was then taken to an anomaly in a system which name escapes me, This was "apparently" why the Keepers had such Squeaky clean ships. I don't see why, All that happened when I went through it was I lost a small portion of my hull. After some more beautiful sights in the far reaches of Sirus we arrived in Omega-55.

After that I listened to the two Keepers for a few more hilarious minutes then they departed from my company in Omega-55 at a Wilde base. They thanked me for entertaining them and offered me a gift of a Nomad Thruster.

So Kudos to Akura and Shagohad for your lovely keeper ARR PEE and fun times.

Quick sum up because I am going on a vendetta against my ISP for the two disconnects. :raeg: :shotgun: :massmurder:
the whole thing lasted around two hours.

I started in NY, answered questions about factions, how to join thems and a few others.
Then I went to penn and met a guy that wanted to know if neutrality with all the factions was possible, it turned out he was French so the explaination of discovery being an RP server was easier.
Then there has been that annoying LSF guy, we covered his ship of latex as a punishment with the assistance of Bear.
Went back to NY, answered more questions and more questions, spent a few minutes with a player that was interested about trading. He's probably going for Ageira or USI after my loooong ten minutes talk about trading factions and what's their purpose.
Then my net crashed.
I raged.
Came back.
Net crashed.
I killed a hanky.

PS : I also received a donation of 1 million $ by Propane, I still have to send it to the foundation.

Just wanted to let you all know I'm going away to the country where there's no web access until approximately Tuesday. I'm telling you this because I wanted to get some activity on my Angel char and break this spree of my laziness but this came out so I have to postpone it.

Spent about four hours on my Angel character.

The journey started in Penn, there's been a lot of questions related to trading, the differences between Independant Trader ID and the Corporate ones, the advantages, weaknesses, etc. Then there's been questions about the the whole givecash drawcash setcashcode thing.

Then I moved to NY, when I arrived at West Point some guy in a CSV killed me and killed another guy in the same row. I came back, answered questions about official factions and went back to Pennsylvania with a temporary char to take a mission for a guy that was stuck as enemy with the LN.

Went back to NY on my Angel, sorted out an IFF problem with Bear which was a bug from my side, although he had unmatching equipment and that has been fixed.

Right after I had a long talk with an LCBO| member regarding the problems his faction is facing. I'm going to join thems to help thems to have a better roleplay and show thems the good path.
We'll see what this will lead to.
