Given the current state of development in the Leeds system, you application is entitled to the Pioneering Bonus. Additionally, given your corporate affiliation, we are exercising our discretion to apply the 75% fee reduction to employing Bretonian corporations to aid with the construction.
As a result, only a further $250,000 payment is required on top of the pre-paid deposit.
