This is Lieutenant Jeremiah Sawyer of the Liberty Navy First Fleet

Good day, this will be a report of 2 incidents, each will be listed below.

First incident:

I was near Manhattan, onboard the LNS-Monitor, working together with my old crew, because since my transfer to the First Fleet, I only transfer to the Monitor when it is necessary, so the crew are usually on Trenton enjoying their free time, and I felt the need to get them back in shape for a possible transfer of the Monitor into the First Fleet.

I've been informed by an LPI SWAT, LPI-SWAT-J.Ford[W] about the presence of a Rogue vessel, Scrimmy.Bungus. The LPI and [LN]-Marcus.Robinson decided to attack the vessel, however the rogue managed to disable Lt. Commander Robinson's vessel, I tractored in his pod. The rogue disengaged, only to come back with a bomber, Spicy.Bungus, the rogue managed to disable J. Ford's vessel as well, his pod has been tractored in as well, however the rogue couldn't take on the Monitor, and decided to get his/her Scylla instead, Large.Brungus, however I called for backup for that one, after all I'm aware when I'm outgunned, and several allied vessel have arrived to assist in this one: LPI-SWAT-N.Harrison[W], Sean_Murphy (Bounty Hunter bomber), 5th|LNS-Baltimore, and McAngry (LN pilot).
The rogue fled into the Badlands, into one of their bases, only to come back with his/her freighter to challenge the LPI and Sean Murhpy, and ultimately end up with his/her ship being disabled.

Second incident:

After our skirmish with the rogue, we found a smuggler, cnunoc, carrying Black Market Light Arms, the vessel came from Texas, we managed to intercept it, however we didn't get any response, so we had to disable the vessel, and destroy the contraband ourselves.

I've noticed a vessel by the ID name of [GDI]Edward_Marcelli, with a Military IFF, after I managed to catch up to it, only to find the vessel carrying MND ID papers.
Long story short, after a few minutes, I managed to convince the pilot to leave Liberty via Hudson, and escorted it until the pilot used the jump gate in Texas to jump to Hudson.

I need to say: it was quite some time since I reported here, mainly because I was.. doing things.

Anyway, today I met a "smart" bomber pirate ship at Philadelphia callsign "Supercharged", since the ship had cloak it tried to piss me off good but I kept my cool with pilot Charlie Davidson, I tried to catch him by the Philadelphia again but he went fast to zoner base where he probably docked, from there, I returned to Philadelphia where I waited for him, trying to catch him. Few long minute later he gave out his location by accident, which was Ralston Ice Field, I proceed there immediately, where I met him once more, he tried to pirate three helium transport, and in that moment, his luck run out of fuel it seems. I proceed to destroy that bomber, which was success but it seems that pilot died since no pod signals were detected. Well, he wanted to show me place where my pod wouldn't found.. I show him something else it seems.

Afterwards, I went to Bethlehem location, where I found an installation called "MHM-Muller Helium Mining Facility", it is really close to Planet Tyrone and I mean, REALLY close. With me was the Liberty Police gunboat "Kuskokwin Bay" and 5th fleet pilot Charlie Davidson, docking requests were immediately denied by the installation systems and the database about that base was empty, I can only assume it's an illegal base, and this is dangerous for the integrity of system.

Anyway, I'm waiting for orders on Cruiser "Ignition", and we are currently preparing for possible siege of the base,

And here we go again, it seems the MND just loves to enter Liberty, I recommend that these situations are to be reported to the Rheinland Government, anyways, let me elaborate.

I was informed by Lt. Commander Marcus Robinson, that there is an unregistered base in Pennsylvania, near Bethlehem, I went there to check it myself.
However, soon after that, a vessel with an MND transponder, "Unknown.Agent" undocked from the zoner base, and decided to cloak and escape. A 5th vessel was there as well, 5th|Charlie.Davidson, I'm sure he can confirm this when he can get to his report.

As a side note, I've already informed Cpt. James Webb of the LNS-Seattle that there might be a need for his Archer, as soon as we can get authorization to deal with the base, I'll contact him to provide additional firepower.

Report: Smugglers: Zefirka, Mr. Trent

I found the vessel, Zefirka at the Colorado Jump Gate, full of Sorted Artifacts, the vessel didn't comply with my requests, and eventually managed to dock on Manhattan.
However the vessel eventually undocked, and I fined it for 10 million Sirian Credits, which has been payed, refer to the visual footage, and comms log.

While the vessel was docked, I found Mr. Trent, a transport coming from the Rochester area filled with Artifacts, eventual failure to comply forced me to disable the vessel, and destroy the contraband.

Report: Uncomplying Rheinland transport: RanchRifle

I was with officer Arthur.Smith at Manhattan when we noticed a Rheinland transport, RanchRifle carrying diplomats, I asked the vessel to stop for a simple inspection whether the vessel is suited for passanger transportation or not, however the pilot of the vessel failed to comply completely, we were forced to disable it, the diplomats have been rescued to safety on Manhattan.

Good day, I'd like to report the apprehension of 2 artifacts smugglers: David_Ren, and NeoStokaztik.

The first suspect was apprehended by Sergeant Andrew Wilson, once again working undercover, the suspect was a rather...mouthy one, nevertheless, it payed a fine of 10 million Sirian Credits to me, and we let him go.

The second suspect was caught by me, due to failure to comply I had to disable the vessel.
It failed to cut engines, and attempted to dock, I had to act fast, and so I did, the vessel has been disabled, and the contraband has been destroyed afterwards.

And here we go again, another unnecessary incident with an unauthorized Kusari State Police Liner, |KSP|Diplomacy.

I was on Trenton, awating some final fixes for my Waran, which was disabled by a Rogue, several hours ago, once I undocked, I sighted an LPI Sergeant, LPI-Nathaniel[S], a Freelancer, Unmistakable, and the KSP vessel.

The 2 police represantitives were in a rather "heated" conversation, fortunately I managed to convince both to calm down a bit, and escort the Liner out of Liberty space.
Sadly I didn't take any visual footage, however the Sergeant said that he did.
In any case, I'll include the comms log here for reference, I highly advise both Navy, and LSF personnel to review it.

Report---Poltava-Coalition Battlecruiser

Encountered the vessel for the 3rd time, this time we found it between the Manhattan-Ft. Bush lane, apparenlty "wanting to go home"
It has caused property damage before, assaulted Mr.Trakais SpaceTech Shop, a base near Manhattan numerous times before, so we didn't let it go anywhere.
The vessel was disabled once again, with the help of LPI-SWAT-Rikers, 5th|LNS-Odyssey, and Breakdown, a civilian fighter, who has been hired for 2 million Sirian Credits.

Rogues in New York

Not long after the Coalition vessel was dealt with, we detected 2 rogue vessels blocking the Westpoint-Manhattan lane connection.
Me, and Gavin-Ren, a Secondary Fleet Ensign went to pursue, and we managed to identify a rogue bomber, Shpadoinkle , and a rogue gunboat, Little.Thief .
After reinforcements arrived, a 5th Fleet Defiant, 5th|LNS-Achilles, we moved in to engage the criminals.
The rogue bomber decided to launch 2 Nova torpedoes against my Waran, however it was still in the vicinity of their own ordinance, I simply launched a CD on the 2 torpedoes, and the vessel was disabled by the explosion.

However soon after, an outcast VHF appeared, LG|Lelia.Mione, which managed to take me out and also the Ensign, at that point I have no idea how the skirmish has ended.

However later, a group of rogues showed up instead. I've been contacted by [LN]-LNS-Ignition, that rogues are near Manhattan, and that the LNS-Monitor is needed, thus I hurried to provide cover, however the rogues outnumbered us, they had at least 1 Scylla, 1 gunboat, and several bombers, the Ignition was disabled, and I had to retreat, until more and more LibForces could respond.

Once reinforcements responded, I returned to Manhattan to assist, and eventually we managed to defeat the criminals, for the participants, please refer to the visual footage.

SDF-Macross.Police---confession of presence outside of Liberty with an Atlantis

I'll keep this one short, the CO of the SDF-Macross_Police basically admitted that it was outside of Liberty space, basically leaving with an Atlantis without prior authorization, see the comms log for reference, I really advise this one to be reviewed.

Now onto the matter at hand, I have 4 incidents to report, each will be listed below, while visual footage will be available for all event at the bottom.

Report---Smuggler-RogerWilco

This is just the usual one, me, and Sergeant Wilson found the vessel at the Colorado Jump Hole in New York carrying Kemwer Munitions
After asking the vessel to get this over with without any shots, instead it decided to use the Jump Hole and make a run for it, well they didn't succeed.
We disabled the vessel, and the contraband has been destroyed.

Report---Intruders in Alaska

I spotted 2 freelancers, NicolloDro and Holmium, in Alaska at the gate, though strangely one of them had Navy transponder, but that didn't fool me.
Attempting to talk with them was rather hard...as it will be obvious from the comms log I provided, they contacted me on a private channel at first for some reason, and they used a hispanic language at times as well, which I completely couldn't understand.
Eventually Lt. Commander Marcus Robinson/[LN]-Marcus.Robinson arrived to help me out.

The 2 vessels decided to jump back to New York without authorization, so we thought they were attempting to escape, we had no choice but to disable the vessels, which we did.

Report---Hacker-Dither, Rogue Navy-SDF-Macross Police

Alright, this is gonna be a long one, but I'll try to keep it short

After the intruders were done, we went to Missouri to regroup, however a Lane Hacker, Dither, showed up on scanners. Long story short, the Lt. Commander decided to handle it, and he suceeded, the Hacker's vessel was disabled, although by that time with had another issue.

At the final minutes of the Hacker engagement, SDF-Macross_Police showed up, along with |V|-Vulcan, (who actually this time proved that junkers are not always the scum most think are). Vulcan pointed out that the Macross had Nomad Remains onboard.
After this, both me and Robinson tried to ask it to either drop the hazardous material, or deliver it to Missouri, well that didn't work out, (otherwise I wouldn't mention it in my report).
It said that the remains are for Rio Grande...well I'd rather not comment on that, the comms log is there for the exact details the CO of the Macross mentioned.

The Norfolk-Ft. Bush Lane was disrupted by Vulcan, since no one allowed the Macross to leave just yet, however the Macross then opened fire without warning on Vulcan, and this is where the whole thing went south.
Eventually Robinson decided to contact the LNS-Shenandoah to provide fire-support, while me and Vulcan were keeping the vessel pinned.
The last straw was when the Macross decided to perform "warning shots" on me, and soon the Shenandoah arrived as well, thus we decided to disable the vessel.
While Vulcan's vessel was disabled, we managed to finish the Atlantis off, and destroyed the hazardous material, and captured some of the crew members as well.

I recommend that SDF-Macross_Police should be a shoot-on-sight target from now on to all Liberty Forces.

Report---MNS-Galicia in New York

While on my way to Manhattan, I noticed a Maltese Dreadnought, MNS-Galicia near Newark. I immediately called for support.
While waiting for the support, I talked a bit with the CO of the Galicia, it appears they were looking for someone named "Amanda", however I was informed by Mark Bannon of the 5th Fleet, before this event took place, that Amanda is a possible infectee , so I politely informed the outcast, that their friend is not who...or what they think she is.

After that, support eventually arrived, 2 Interdictors, LNS-Louisiana and LNS-Nargornie, while Rear Admiral, 5th|Nazawo:Ayato and I were standing by to support them in case they couldn't handle the warship, but in the end the 2 Interdictors managed to disable the vessel.
