Upon reviewing the new "Kingfisher" class heavy fighter, both in combat and price wise.

I feel it would be advantageous for the LPI to put out a contract for several of these fighters. Its maneuverability complements the patriot and liberator lines perfectly, and its improved power plant will provide our SWAT teams with the firepower they need.

Report: 1
Name: (recruit) Officer Marcus Lindberg

Well not much happened today. I met up with Captain Jack Bauer I believe, and we escorted a Bowex vessel who went by the name, Bowex) Clarion's Call. We escorted the ship to the Minnesota system.

Our objective

The Clarions call

well not much happened there, just a few AI's attacked us on the way, not harm done.

After that we scanned a person going by the name :.amd.: who was carrying cryocubes (or cryotubes not sure). Captain bauer suspected he might've been going to rhienland, but in the end he was going to Minnesota. I was going to let him go and not ask where he was going, hopefully I won't make that mistake again.

:.amd.:

sadly, other than that, I couldn't manage to get anymore evidence of the incidence other than this.

recruit Officer out.

Comm ID: Professor Farnsworth

This I can vouch for, we did a few tests with a few Sentinel 100 cores in these vessels, while they're built by Zoners for the public to use, these vessels are indeed worth their weight in credits! The Sentinels may have less maneuverability in them compared to the Liberators, but their higher firepower and ability for a torpedo makes them a deadly combination against bombers! While there is yet to be an actual test with them against an enemy bomber, we will keep testing them in our little section of space in Illinois.

I ask that there be a company sponsorship with the Zoners to acquire a contract in the dealings with a discount price with these vessels in a moderate number, so that we can further variate our vessels away from military grade that those Navy air heads utilize. Yes...

Patrol Report: Officer Amy McTavish
Date: 19-06-817

Well the paper work has really built up, so heres a large report to be filed before my desk breaks

Multiple patrols have been, well patroled, and attached are some relevent guncam images.

http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/9168/screen66.jpg
http://img30.imageshack.us/img30/4863/screen72.jpg

This kill was caused by a well fired Train Cruise Disruptor fired during a large Outcast 'invasion', Primary Guncam was disabled during the fight, so the secondary cam was used instead, after the fight.

[Z5I]-SOLiDWiNG was a zoner, before he tried embargo breaking, and refusing to stop when ordered, he was chased from the Texas gate in New York and he lead Officer Masket and myself over 150 k from Pittsburg before he was caught.

Spacecrab was a Rouge who was first encountered in Texas where his barghest was destroyed.
http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/3965/screen103.jpg
Not five minutes later, seconds after I had changed into my Liberator, he showed up again. Seems the rouges have barghests to spare, as he happily engaged me again. Well, I wasn't having any of that, so he was dispatched again, however a passing Bounty Hunter Patrol appeared to put the last gunslinger round into his hull, which is why the guncam kill registration was incorrect.

These are the fines forwarded to the Rikers, from "Old-Betty", as payment for a prior arrest for slaving, and one of the many cardimine smugglers that seem to frequent Liberty.

http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/1723/screen150.jpg

Finally, I have a little something for the maintenance department, these images were captured just as I was ejecting from 16 heavy mortar hits, while in a confrontation with an A.D.M.I.N battleship. I think the fix-it boys will like seeing exactly how a Liberator disintergrates, it may make for some useful upgrades to help prevent this from happening more often.

Well, thats all my paperwork for now, time to clear off the desk and wait for the next lot to build up

Report:2
(recruit) Officer Marcus Lindberg

Well just a short report to fill out today. There was a massive engagement between Liberty lawfuls and a few Lane Hackers. I got caught up in the middle of it, and got shot down in the process to. Luckily, we managed to neutralize the threats. I was the only LPI at the location, everyone else was either LN, or bounty hunter. After that, I was on my way to Texas.

Combat

Death

Over at the Texas jumpgate however, I saw an outcast going by the name recession. I called in fr some backup, dunno if they ever came or not, but the outcast left for the badlands after awhile. I chose not to pusue or engage with the outcast (I was flying a patriot...)

Outcast encounter

and finally after that, I patrolled a bit around Texas. There were a whole load of ships going on n about but I was only able to intercept one of them, Interspace - Conumdum.Freight. He was hauling over 4000 units of high temperature alloy, and came from the Bering Trade lane. I stopped him and asked why he came from the Bering tradelane and whether he was coming from Rhienland. Turns out he came from the Omegas and took a few jumpholes here and there and ended up coming from Bering. I wasn't sure whether this was Legal or illegal, since we have a trade embargo on Rhienland, however, since he was coming from the Omegas, I let him go.

EDIT: I just found out about my mistake, I believe I shuold've asked him to drop the cargo and continue or ask him to go back. Hopefully this won't happen again.

Cargo scan

Convo

Convo continued

After all that, I managed to meet up with Officer Amy MacTavish who helped out quite a bit. We went about patrolling in New york for a while. There were some cartel boys, however since we were out numbered and outgunned, we decided not to do anything about it.

Patrolling with Officer Amy MacTavish

And then we headed of to Texas for some embargo duty once again. We met a ship by the name SSS Koltes, it wasn't carrying anything so we let it go.

A Zoner cruiser also appeared. We scanned it and found Nomads in the cargo. The zoner refused to release the cargo, and well...we didn't do anything about it either coz we were heavily outgunned.

Zoner with Nomads

And one more thing, A bretonian Liner going by the name Red.Royale has gone through the Bering tradelane TWICE. I don't really have any proof of this, I would like to warn other officers about this.

Thas all

Subject: #c command

The #c command has become available to us. This command will read out your approximate coordinates within a system.

I would suggest using Message 9 for a stored message of:

9 Mayday, need assistance at #c.

This will be faster than trying to type and fight in a bad situation.

Training lesson #1 has been updated to reflect this.

End of message.

Report filed by: Officer John Doe Masket
date: June 21, 817 A.S.
Subject: Patrol report (California)

Made a sweep of California but no criminals were sighted. Upon entering the trade lane to riverside however I encountered a swarm of pink elephants having tea on the trade lane rings. After multiple attempts to disperse them with my ships weapons and riot mines I was forced to retreat. Guncam was not working as there was some strange alcoholic substance spilled on the controls causing them to short out.

End of report.

//Sorry I haven't been online much lately. Grade 12 exams and stuff, trying to get a few short patrols in however.

Subject: AI and Nomads

With regard to Recruit Officer Lindbergs report, shown above, I would like a clarification on the procedure with AI Vessels carrying Nomads. The one we encountered refused to drop them for destruction and due to the size and firepower difference between an AI cruiser and 1 Liberaator and 1 Patriot, I was forced to let him go.

However, I reasoned that as an AI, there were no humans for the Nomads to Infect, and take over the craft, so it was relatively safe.

What should the procedure there be?

Report: 3
(recruit) Officer Marcus Lindberg

Quite a bit happened today. So far atleast. As soon as my shift started, I met up with the LNS Brookstone, who was in fact in the middle of a massive engagement between hacker forces. In the end of the say, all enemy Lane Hackers were destroyed.

Lane hacker engagment

Lane Hacker engagement continued

After the short battle, I went over to Texas to continue embargo duty. Not much happened. An agiera ship was transporting High Temperature Alloys, which I believe possibly would've come from Rhienland. He told me that Agiera and other Liberty companies are allowed to import, not export, and that he dealt with this yesterday with Police Chief Matt Myers himself and that the Police Chief lethim go, so I let him go as well. There was also a junker who brought in 1 unit of Light Arms that I met in Houston. I made sure he didn't go into the hudson or Bering system (which would've been illegal), instead he went back to NY (which was Legal).

The AgieraTech ship cargo

The junker Collector's cargo

And than Nomads appeared, and since my patriot could not damage them, decided to leave Texas 'before I got infected'.

Nomads!

more Nomads

After that, I met up with [LN] Rachel Baker. We patrolled around looking for a xeno. When we found him, he ran for it, and we could'nt really catch up. [LN] Rachel Baker asked the Xeno if he would like to help with taking out an outcast gunship which was spotted in NY. the Xeno promptly refused, and we went our seperate ways. We went to the Pennsylvania gate and found a whole load of debris there, possibly caused by the outcast Gunship. At that point, Rachel Baker went into the badlands. Since LPI do not have jurisdiction in the Badlands, I decided to continue patrolling. Nothing else to report.

Chasing the xeno

Damage done by the outcast gunship

Well, I have nothing else to report. So far.

[EDIT]:

Report 3 continued

I pulled out an extra shift today, because well, I had nothing else to do. continued enforcing embargo laws on Texas. I met a few AgieraTech ships carrying gate/lane parts towards Rhienland and prevented them from doing so. They cooperated and turned back.

Another ship, Mining.Express was helping our war effort, and sent 400 Military Vehicles to the New Hampshire system I believe. I escorted him to the Minesota JH just to be sure

Sadly, I my guncam during these times was malfunctioning, and couldn't get evidence of this.

However, not everyone was cooperative. I would like to note that the ship [XXL]-Wi smuggled in Luxury consumer goods to Rhienland space.

XXL's luxury goods

I would also like to note, Twinkleboots successfully (and sadly) smuggled in 25 units of Synthetic Marijuana. [LN] Jack.Malrone did catch him, but only after he had sold all the illegal drugs. sadly, I wasn't able to get guncam footage of this since he got to the trade lane to fast. He did however, have an upholder bomber in his possesion. I let [LN] Jack.Malrone deal with that, since that's his jurisdiction.

Twinlkeboots

Also, these [CRO] ships (in the link) should be noted, as they smuggled in Boron to Bering. I ordered them to drop their cargo, however the refused and promptly left. I couldn't do much with my Patriot, I don't even have enough firepower to stop a trade lane, so they escaped sadly.

[CRO] Ships

Komunist should also be noted for smuggling in military vehicle's into hudson. He said he was taking them to New Hampshire, and I offered to escort him to the Minesota JH, he refused however, and escaped. I can only presume he was taking them to Rhienland due to his actions.

Komunist's cargo

Silence, a Junker, should also be arrested, as he was carrying a LOT of cardamine. Again, there wasn't much I could do. thankfully, he didn't fire.

Silence's cardamine
