We determined this after word reached us that some unintegrated civilians on Erie with suspected ties to the militia movement were passing our internal-use callsigns around, looking for leads. Our existing threat profile paints them as a part of a larger militia we broke up back in early 832. Initial guess was, this data theft was a last gasp effort by a diehard out to do some damage. But then we got a lead that proved to us they're operating their own cargo transport. That tells me this cell's clinging to life somewhere. Not just the cargo ship, either. We also have a lock on several Zoner ships that we determine with reasonable confidence are linking this militia to the Pennsylvania smuggling network. Likely sympathizers. Counter-intel on this group is now Team 3's imminent priority.
