make peace in Liberty end Rheinland war,
push Gauls back to the Taus and North Bretonia,
make Nomads aggressive and let them push The Order and Core from far Omicrons closer to civilisation,
/edit : let Coalition invade neighbour systems and open their system to be known and possible to raids.

If Liberty will be peacefull and boring place and the action will be at the borders of sirius, it may attract people to go there.

You are getting flamed because you are preaching on the forums and ordering people to play here and play there instead of yourself logging in and doing what you ask from others. In case you haven't figured out, that's what Lead means, you don't only command, but do the same.

From the example of Liberty you could have already figured out ages ago that most people flock where activity is. Now, what to do to have activity in empty systems? Preach about it on the forums? No. Log in game to generate activity? Yes! Log and people will see there is somebody to interact with, and they will log too. That's what Lead means. And that leads to more activity than typing wall of texts on forum.

This attempt worked for.us once, but since.people are unable to play by the rules without.jumping on it like frogs. One cant be too optimistic.
