A new alien specie. A race of hunters that arrived in Sirius in search of new prey. They found two species: Humans and Nomads. Let the Hunger Hunter Games begin. They come with badass ships (resembling the ones used long time ago by the feared Phantoms).

There's a concept. I'm sure the community can supply an unlimited number of things like this in order to have access to the tech and bases of the long dead Phoms.

Like I said before. Don't bring back THE Phantoms. Bring back some Phantoms (with a different name and concept).

I appreciate what the admins/devs are trying to do and I come with a proposal. Organize a RP contest. Have the tech, bases and whatever of the Phantoms as grand prize. Ask the community to come with a completely new concept of a faction. Something that wasn't tried before. Give the prize to the most original concept and see how that goes.
