Current state of cloaking devices?

You're making a lot of drama out of something that's still being adjusted and isn't final

Well this is the time to discuss it, isn't it? With all due respect here, you guys are far and few between when it comes to communicating your overall intent with this stuff and the possibilities on what's going to happen next (which I don't debate is your right). You make these games to get players deep into them and wonder why we take it so seriously when things invert on us. You guys know I don't go around cursing and swearing or calling people names, my drama is limited to discussing the points. But, you're right, I've made my arguments on the various recent developments I disagree with. It doesn't seem so dramatic to me because from my perspective I know I'm probably just blowing hot air at a brick wall. Its all I can do!

I'd say: mk2 and mk2 adv. cloaks became useless right after CDs were introduced to disrupt them. I'm keeping them on my ships just for sake of showing, that I'm richer than you™
With update cloaks became useful on ships smaller than bomber aswell. So I welcome that changes.

I don't know if its a new bug or something but today I've done few tests with the cloaking batteries and here are the results:
*CDB - cloaking device battery
**test done on dunkirk (1600 cargo total, 680 free)
1. Heavy CDB - yesterday they were taking cargo of 340 total, drained 60 to charge and overall 4.6 minutes invsibile.
2. Light CDB - yesterday were impossible to use on bs "cloak failed to charge, not enough fuel" message was sent when attempting to charge.

Today:
1. Heavy CDB - were taking cargo But - cloak failed to charge - gave me "not enough fuel" message
2. Light CDB - were NOT taking cargo, was possible to mount 1000, charged normally for 60 and drained 1 per sec. (total of 15min invisible)

So:
Is this supposed to work as intended or what? If battleships can use 1000 Light CDB with advanced MK II device - its fair 15min total cloak or ~5 times to cloak for 3min (which is totally reasonable since nobody would fly 15min in bs cloaked)

With changes everyday can we get information, Alley, what exactly is going to happen to cloaks? Currently I've logged out with 1000 Light CDB on board...they do not take cargo but if you change them tomorrow i might not be able to log in and I am sure more people could've noticed that.
