I don't think this makes any sense based on what the Dev Team did to Freeport 2, given that all the zoners left until there were only pirates why would suddenly a militaristic zoner group 'want' Freeport 2 back, given that it has no economic value now

Just, you here speak about peoples who wnat pew for zoners, but dont have ID lines. But what i see in game - when zoners have full rights to shoot everything, they dont shoot.

So what's stopping me from rolling up in a normal Zoner Neph, grouping up with militants and start using the "defend zoners" line to kill people?

I think this opens up a whole new set of opportunities for the development of politics and conflict in a very well traversed area. A territorial pirate faction derived from Zoner culture and technology sounds like a lot of fun actually. It seems appropriate to the area which is already highly lawless. Qships vs Hels!
