The issue seemed to be a collision between different versions of the Visual C++ runtime used by FLHook and FLHook's plugins having changed the internal memory structures of various runtime components. We had a couple different versions of the runtime in used in the FLHook plugins, including 2012, 2015, and 2017.

Maybe now we can try if this issue, which seems to be the resolution of a problem that actually started a long time ago, also lead to fixing the docking module bug that no one was ever able to solve?

So activate DMs again to see if they still lead to infinite jump bug?

Also, maybe edit the OP to tell people that the server is up and the POB problem is solved.

The problem with docking modules is very different, I'll see if I fix it in the near future.
