Good day,

The freelancer Antifragile is a deplorable threat to Liberty. LPI officer Isaac Hartley was engaged in a one to one arrest procedure of [R]-Radical.Randy Rogue vessel.

The freelancer cowardly uncloaked, interrupted the duel, and aassaulted the officer and the 46th Liberty Navy Primary Fleet.

The culprit cloaked away mid-fight when almost disabled and judging by the swift return to battle has re-supplied on one of Liberty's bases, although I do not have direct evidence of that, and later assaulted the Long Island Station.

I am also issuing a formal warning about the Sisu~ organization - one of their pilots was familiar with the brutal attacker and refused to assist the lawful forces. I suggest watching the organization closely and consider terminating their contracts with Liberty should the suspitions turn true and evidence against against them mount.

Freelancer Jennifer Haze flying the ship Antifragile has been on our scope for a long time. We are in the process of gathering intelligence related to her, it will then be forwarded in the appropriate channels so that action can be finally taken against her.

Regarding Sisu, the bounty hunter group is signed up on Liberty's Bounty Board, which does not offer any sort of payment for known criminals, let alone highly dangerous individuals such as Jennifer Haze. Perhaps you should contact the Government to see to it that Haze is appropriately targeted.

Sworn Statement:

While on patrol in the New York system this evening I encountered the Metal_King in Manhattan orbit. I was able to successfully scan the vessel before it docked and scanners indicated Sorted Artifacts aboard. I ordered the Captain to stop but the ship continued to dock at Planet Manhattan.

I thought it best to report the incident to the LPI so that it can be investigated further.

Myself and LSF agent "Comanche" came upon a Junker smuggler callsign "Da.Nook" specifically a TTR-1130 Series Pilgrim Liner outside of Planet Manhattan carrying contraband.

Pilot refused to stop after several times ordering them to do so. They escaped to the planet before the vessel could be disabled.

Good day,

Encountered another Junker one that I had encountered earlier today. Goes by the callsign "Freddy.Freihandel." The vessel was a Junker Salvage Frigate bound for Kepler, at least that is what he claimed, carrying Black Market Munitions. The vessel was destroyed by myself, LSF agent Comanche and Officer T.Roy, as it tried to flee back to the Texas system. The cargo was lost during the process of disabling the ship.

I suggest keeping an eye out for those Junkers in the future, never know what they might be carrying.

I feel it is my solemn duty as a citizen to report a potential serious crime I witnessed while our ships were supplying our base at Salt Lake Station.

During my approach to Planet Manhattan, my scanners detected a contact yet noted no ship nearby. Upon further analysis, this ship was being picked up at my extreme scanner range, on the far side of the Planet. It was a neutral freelancer so I thought not much of it, just an odd, off-lane course.

As I closed to dock with Manhattan, another contact appeared on my scanner - a solid red hostile with a Corsair signature - and a hold full of hostages! I quickly began recording as much as I could to ensure these poor souls might have a chance at rescue and return to their families at some point - hoping my data would help in Police efforts in investigations.

I'm fairly sure a number of laws were broken here, possibly the following, aside from the obvious KIDNAPPING:

1.3 Improper passenger conditions
3. Hostile organisations
It is illegal to affiliate with, work for, possess identification, ship, equipment, technology or weaponry from these organisations:
- Corsairs

Both the Freelancer named Idillic involved and the Corsair named DTR-CSS>Ghost.Bravo were well documented:

During a longer assignment involving the passenger transportation of Scientists from Willard Research Station to Salt Lake Station, New York, our crew came across a few instances of lawless behaviour observed during transit.

The first ship, running under the name ToolHobo, was spotted carrying Kidnapped VIPs out of New York, headed in the Texas direction. He cruised by without comment, using the same trade lanes I was taking from Baltimore to Norfolk.

The second ship, running under the name Transp.Rodriguez, was using a Pirate Train, carrying Cardamine and Nomad fighter remains, and disabled the Trade Lanes in 2 places, as we were both on the same path in California headed towards the New York Jump Gate. My guess on this last item was to prevent further close proximity scans of their vessel, given its cargo.

A number of laws were broken here, possibly the following, aside from the obvious KIDNAPPING:

1.1 Contraband commodities
It is illegal to have any amount of these commodities:
- All Cardamine Products
- Nomad Remains or materials

1.3 Improper passenger conditions
Only Freighters, Armored "Pelican" Transport, Liners and Yachts may transport various classifications of passengers, excluding Prisoners.

3. Hostile organisations
It is illegal to affiliate with, work for, possess identification, ship, equipment, technology or weaponry from these organisations:
- Pirates

I'm told by our Executive Offices that this is the second reporting of Kidnapping our company has issued, and looking over the Laws, it wasn't abundantly clear which one the act of forcibly removing someone from Liberty space fell under. For future reports, some clarification would be greatly appreciated, so our captains are filing these reports correctly.
