Howdy there Mr. McAfee.
It's good to see that even after seein' everythin' Sirius has to offer, you're still willin' to join up with the foremost industrial concern in the business. As you likely know by now, we can always use more savvy hauler captains who have more than a handful intersystem jumps under their belt. But with move, you also need to realize that you're acceptin' responsibility for more than just your own ship - but of the company as a whole.
As all employees become shareholders, so do they immediately learn the need to keep the rest of that group happy. I hope your knowledge of no-nonsense maintenance and long-hauls will be an asset to this company. After you get through orientation, continue to pay close attention to the employee handbook and learn from the old-timers who will ensure you're up on the habits expected from an employee.
I hope to see good things from you real soon, and I'll try to make some time for you once your probation period ends and we can talk about the next steps of your career.

Howdy there Mr. Rogers.
They say that Pennsylvania has gentler schools than the cut-throat Universities of Colorado or the provincial holes on Scottsdale. While I don't doubt that you've done well for yourself over the years, know that your assignments are about to grow more challenging. Our shareholders are a particularly exacting bunch, and we always aim to please.
As long as you apply yourself to your new duties as well as you have to the old, you won't have any problems from me. While we may not see each other much, seein' as you'll likely be posted to Cortez or Colorado, I expect to hear good things about your work. Don't hesitate to ask for help when you need it, and read as much of the trainin' manuals as possible, and you'll be an asset to this corporation.

Howdy there Mr. Winters.
I'll come right out and say that I was on the fence about your consideration. Your background check is spotty to say the least, and I've heard some concerns regardin' your motivation from some of the talent acquisition team. Well, to hell with that - I'm takin' you in, and you best not disappoint. We could always use more folks with blue blood who know how to handle themselves outside the realm of the written laws.
That bein' said, you'll be under a probationary period, which means your role is on the line pending your first performance evaluation'. I always tell folks to impress me in their first few weeks, and that goes doubly for you. Carefully look through your onboardin' paperwork, and make an effort to keep busy. Seein' as you're a proud owner of a Longhorn-class vessel, we'll be sure to put it to good use out there. Listen to your superiors, ask as many questions as needed, and I'm sure you'll go far in this here company.
And remember, the shareholders always have the last say on the matter, so you gotta impress them as much as you do me.
