What you say!?

O_o if it's less demanding on texture than the current carrier my compie should love it xD

I do love it, it's pure powerful sexiness.

' Wrote:Wow, awesome work Yue, as always! You can grap a bag of Kudos from me.

Definetly better than the actual model.

That's why after all this time, Gurjiv still appreciates/values my constant bitching and sarcastic comic strips abusing his ship designs. <3 you too gurjipoos.

It gave a pretty ugly result...

I really like this one Yue
when i look at the one which is in game i think:
- this doesnt look like a carrier
- too dark
- too fat

and i really like this. when it would be a little bit greyer it would really fit into the Liberty ships
and this one really looks like a carrier and isnt just lol like the old one

I like it a lot so far and have just 2 suggestions

1. The engines, from behind, it looks like they have no thickness; as if the outer shell is paper thin. Apparently you're reworking it anyways though....

2. The radar dish is fine, but make it smaller please.

I like the texture color myself. I'm not really a good judge of whether it's put together nicely.

:shok::shok::shok:

This is my new best looking ship in the game ever.

If the LN wasn`t already drowning in caps I`d even consider getting it:ylove:

This ship looks quite advanced, and for the most part a natural extension of Liberty tech. I'm reminded of the comparison in Babylon 5 between the Omega and the Warlock- especially when I think about the color differences. For the most part, it's incredibly well done. There are, however, a few things that stand out as jarring to me:
  • The radar dish. With some more details on it and a different texture, it might look decent, but I think the model would be better served with just an empty spot there.
  • The engine. It looks awesome. Too awesome, actually. It seems far more advanced than the rest of the ship, and the lighter texture doesn't help to remove that impression. With a few more doodads on it and a texture colored more closely to the rest of the ship (whatever color that ends up being) I think it could fit nicely, but right now it looks like it was designed and manufactured by an entirely different team and then inserted into the ship. While that may happen sometimes in RL, it could use a better transition between it and the rest of the ship- perhaps some reinforcing rods or armor plating extending from the part it attaches to.
  • The fin thing on the bottom... I think... I'm not sure what it is, but I can't find a good angle to look at it. Is it necessary? From the top renders it looks awkward.
  • The texture mapping. I'm not one to complain about any difficulties there (I can't even get the programs to load) but if someone offers to help fix them I think that's a very good idea. From a distance and at a glance it isn't a problem, and even the coloring of the ship doesn't seem too far out of place to me, but upon closer inspection it seems strange. As for the coloring issue, I think that should be re-evaluated after the ship is re-textured.
That's really all that stood out as a problem. Sure, there's things that it could get that might make it closer to perfect, but I don't think it really needs any changes other than what I mentioned there. It's a cool ship, and with a little work it can fit snugly into the Liberty fleet. Nice work, keep at it.

I think the dish is fine. maye make it a tad smaller, bot otherwise it`s fine imho.

as for the engine; why does it look too advanced? to me it seems like a perfectly normal Libert cap engine. only with very this walls. those should be mada a tad broader I think.
