Zealot, This whole topic is all your fault.

I was not being hateful, Hribek, By the way, very sorry for the way I talked you in that bomber thread, I was a bit off my rocker, although, I guarantee ill get 100% on any discovery quiz.

Image? What is that? Some hallucionation of a thing called "Popularity?"

That matters none. The fact of the matter is, no matter how tarnished their image, you cant ban them untill they broke a rule.;)

For a real laugh, go read the first thread he ever posted on the forums.

You know . . . I read a chunk of this thread, not all of it, and it seems to me that quite a bit of esteemed members of this community are concerned of new players behaving OORP . . .

We like to complain about "LOLwutters" or whatever you want to call them, but the fact of the matter is this . .

We complain, but what do we do about it? ? ?
One person posted in this thread about the need here for server police. . . (players who have semi-admin powers to regulate the game) . . .

Well, I say this. Why? when every member of this community already has this power? Many here has the power of knowledge, forgiveness, patience, communication . . . This is what all admins do to any player here or anywhere else to a player that needs some guidance . . .

All I ask for you is to take the time to talk to the new players here . . And not in a "high and mighty state of authority", pull to the side and tell them what you feel they need to do in a respectable manner . . .

AND, That also goes for members on the forums too . . we may have a new member that is ecstatic of this community, and want to contribute. . . He may ask a thousand questions, thread by thread, and many of us may get annoyed; but we all need to have patience with them and be polite when discussing your concerns . .

The old "Gentleman's" rules from long ago . . . were not written in stone, were not posted in the rules forum . . it was told and shared from one player to another . . Remember those days and share that philosophy with the newer players . . I feel that it will make this a better place . . .

I try to keep my OORP comments in system chat down to answering quick newbie questions like "// what's a SNAC?" or typing "// LAAAAG" at the same time as everyone else before it all shows up at the same time twenty seconds later. No offense intended to majk and his uber hard work!:)

But I agree, the lolwut situation is bad. Makes me wish I could borrow the LNS-Reliant for a few minutes and blow the living crap out of the buggers.

Retired, permanently.
