My honoured Sensei,

I am a men of honesty therefore I contacted the Black Dragon society for their goal and activity, they was respectful and trustworthy. They pawned their honour and word that their first goal is to make resistance against influencing alien forces in Kusari as Blood Dragons, GC, or Bretonnian forces, independent pirates, etc.

As in the oldest era of earth, our great emperors maintained a honoured army of samurais, and there was some task that did not fit for the ethical codex of these honoured warriors, but for that very reason there was some organization that wasnt as clean and respectable as samurais was, but they was very loyal to emperor and our nations also.

So as a delegation of KNF I asked them for their goals, and I brought on a diplomatic proposal and hereby I present it, with the answers also.

Herewith I give you this proposal I sended to command personel of the Hogosha clan. please comment or answer it.

KNF High Command received reports about Cylons vessels in Sirius.
Cylons have not showed particular aggressivity towards KNF, for now, but as the goal of this robotic force is total annihilation of the human race they are obiviously unfriendly to KNF.

It's war.
The Kusari Naval Forces High Command now have the will and the power to put a stop to Bretonia Armed Forces raids in Kusari space.

When the time is right an expeditionary task force will assemble at Battleship Nagumo in Kyushu System.
The 'Nagumo' task force will quickly advance and engage enemy forces in Leeds.

If the task force successfully establish a secure position in Leeds the main of our fleet, the 'Yamamoto' assault force captained by the Tawakemono will enter Leeds
and try to push the enemy further within his territory.

If the task force fails all of our units will move backward of a system and hold position to defend our space from enemy retaliation, waiting for another chance to strike again.

Our mission is search & destroy Bretonia Armed Forces ships.
We shall teach these Bretonians what is their place once and for all.
We shall make our way home with honour and glory or die while trying.

In the name of Black Dragons, I am here to ask for one more little gift from Kusari Naval Forces.
We are in need of one Wyrm Light Fighter class fighter.
We are aware that we have already been given too many gifts, but we would agree to exchange one Chimaera that we got, for one Wyrm Light Fighter.
We are in need of this ship, simply because Outcasts started raiding New Tokyo and Honshu systems with their Blood Dragon allies.
Mostly, they bring at least 1 capital ship followed by fighters. Wyrm can easily dodge capital ship fire, and eliminate fighters, while being shot at.
If this gift is provided, we will be able to defend our Homeland more effectively, from those who are trying to supress us.

We try to keep Kusari as safe as possible but certain areas might be a bit dangerous at times. We advise you to stay out of Hokkaido system unless you are delivering parts to the gate construction site. I have received your permission and promise to show the People of Kusari the greatest respect.
I'm also thankful to your advises. Fortunately i will have no business in Hokkaido at the moment, because the delivering of tradelane parts is the task of Ageira and i'm not long enough with ALG for MOX transports.
It may happen, that i have to use Tau 31 for transit, but i will not stay there as longer as necessary.
As a Rheinland trader i'm neutral in this conflict, but ALG hast to fulfil contracts on both sides of the frontline.
I'm not happy to deliver war material to both sides, but it was not me, who made the contracts.
I can asure you, i will not transport resources from Kusari to Bretonia and vice versa.

Last days i got the order from the head of our company to deliver ship hull parts from Dortmund [New Berlin] to Battleship McDuff [Tau 31]. Reason therefore was a major incident on Stokes [Leeds], which had the effect, that Stokes was out of work. BAF handed me over a map for the Minefield around Plant Harris. While on route to Harris my sensors detected several wrecks of Kusari elite fighters. With the minefield map i was able to go beside every wreck.
It would be an honour for me to hand you over, all what i could recover.
Please send me time and place for the handing over.
