People are overreacting, no one will sacrifice so much time to overhaul entire faction, especially with large pleyerbase such as Order one.
Everyone would want better Leadership, we can't get better one, deal with it or don't play Order.

Why ask people to point the finger?

If you think someone didnt do something that they should have done... why dont you just go ahead and... you know... do it?

You dont have to be Order leader to organize good RP and help other players enojy RP more.

Anyone can do it. If you cant do it while you arent Order leader, you woldnt be able to do it as Order leader either.
