[color=#FFFFFF]Bioware's a master of re-using ideas rod. The whole concept of the ME3 has already been done by them. Think about it the Warden unites Ferelden to kick the arse of the arch-demon...I won't be surprised if the Shepard has to die or chose who should die to save the galaxy.
Of course, mate. I just think the smarter approach would be making the galaxy "lose", and Shepard rescuing a remnant or something. More plausible. how the heck are they going to kill that...um...massive Reaper fleet?

BioWare is going to turn out to be the biggest organization of trolls in history by turning this multi-million dollar trilogy into an allegory on Christian superiority as Jesus sweeps in to save the day after prayers by the collective Human race.
"Things will not calm down, Daniel Jackson. They will, in fact, calm up."
Who cares if it has been done before? Everything in the history of gaming has been done already. It's how everything advances; take the awesome parts out of stuff and then fuse them together. At any rate, it's the closing piece of a game series that achieved an epic success so I imagine they'll put in a lot of effort to make it just as epic.
Also, I don't think the only possible ending of the story will be defeating the Reapers, the way I experienced from the Mass Effect games so far, you could also pull a Saren and decide that the best course of survival for humanity is to surrender to Reaper indoctrination like the Protheans did. I also hope there will be a chance to establish Turian dominance over the galaxy after wiping out the Reapers, man I'd dig that :>
Anyway, it's all speculation. I love it how people are trying to decide what it rips off and how much of a hype it is without even having seen more than 1-2 trailers and Ash with her hair down.
I can for see the Normandy SR-2 getting blown to a pulp. An SR-3 Version than is somehow constructed at which point is bigger and better then the last, going for a frigate class to a full blown battleship!
