I met them 2 times. All i got was /l1 and ganks. I even didnt had an chance to answer . They don't deserve to go official if you would ask me.

Then it`s good that you don`t have any say in this one. They don`t deserve to go official because they gank? Hm maybe that`s the reason why a certain faction which was raiding Gamma 24/7 didn`t get their officialdom? Or the other official Faction raiding Gamma? There are alot of factions ganking outthere. Even the more skilled in PvP. And i wouldn`t call the KSP players skilled in PvP. With a very few exeptions. Point is, i don`t support it at all, tbh i hate ganks, but as long as other factions doing the same we all should think about feedbacks about ganks. Especially from people doing exactly the same.

The KSP is donig a lot for the activity in Kusari. They have a few new players which are new to discovery. Let them learn. But please don`t come to this thread and argue about ganks after 2 encounters. Especially without any evidence or without an explantation about the meeting with them at all. Go to the Feedback thread and say your thing there.

Mirroring Dennis' post, we have lots of new people in the faction. Also we deal with gaijins in our space much more harshly than say... a farmer. That is all. On a note of "Not deserving to be official." Again, mirroring Dennis. We've done a lot of work in Kusari. This doesn't just include what we've done in game as much as it does what we've done out of game as well. Let's just say, when a few of Rorry's Renegades decide that a fair fight consists of people throwing themselves in snubs at their gunboats just so you can get the glory of the blue message. We don't play like that. You came to Kusari, our home. You aren't a dragon, a farmer, hell even a GC. You're an outsider. You will get treated more harshly than any of the above factions.


EDIT: Also I don't see any real evidence or anything, but if you actually have it do PM me or Kaido Marahu with it and we can handle it.

I've met the KSP a few times (I'm not really a frequent to Kusari despite my two Samura ships), and I was pleased with the interactions I had. On my SCRA, since we were there peacefully, we were escorted out instead of shot at, and on my Samura I've had some pleasant exchanging of words as we passed by.

Just a smidgeon of criticism. While repping up my gaian yesterday after a long server absence, I was bombarded with the term 'smelly hippie'

I can adapt to KSP no longer tolerating the occasional gaian visit to their hogosha allies like they used to, and I've no problem w/ being outnumbered, but when in kusari, I expect people to seem more, uh, kusarian. May I suggest y'all compile a list of insults that are more in line with what a person born in kusari would say? (I'm sure there's something of an eastern equivalent to 'smelly hippie' somewhere) It simply struck me as lazy & far too 'western' & completely ruined the suspension of disbelief for me

Other than that, they seem fine with enforcing the laws as they see it.

on another note since people still seem to be talking about Capitals
We have 4 gunboats and one battlecruiser which, rarely ever gets past New tokyo (the planet) unless its an emergency (Which usually means capital ship(s) in itself)

Gunboats are rank restricted too (I for one am limited to the Chimmy and the Umibozu and I am higher in rank then someone who just joined)

You guys put a Battlecruiser, a Cruiser, and a Gunboat against one Gunboat pirate in Honshu. It ain't a complaint from myself, but that may be what people are talking about?

I like fighting you guys the few times we met. But one thing that bugs me is alot of you're members freak out when they get made fun of inRP, yet they stick to name calling (Gajin, Coward, Honorless Scum, etc) and have no after thought of that. Here's my advice, -don't- get mad if pirates are poking fun at you when they escape, or are being utterly overwhelmed, it's what Pirates do.

Get mad inRP, not oorp. Char =/= Player. This is a very fundamental yet important aspect of the game that needs to be practiced by all Disco players.

So to end, I don't mind getting ganked, but I sure as hell will make fun of you inRP for it.

Don't go sending me a ton of pissed off PMs that are oorp responses to my characters inRP actions. And ESPECIALLY don't have all you're members make new ships named "Fair.Play#1" "Fair.Play#2" "Fair.Play#3" etc and come harass in a very oorp way myself or my members. Saying, in system chat, say things like "OMG A GB LOL, I BET HE WANT FAIR FIGHT" again and again. We both know that is CLEARLY going against the SIMPLEST of server rules.

When I see people ignoring the very simplest of rules, I doubt whether or not they should be requesting officialdom before they've addressed such issues.

Alright, You've all voiced your opinions. Time for me to clear some of it up.

Caps: We have one, and three gunboats. TOTAL. Out of our 12ish active Memberbase, only three other than myself are Cap capable, two of whom prefer snubs.

You happened to be there with two gunboats when we were there with 2 gunboats and a Battlecruiser. Call it a coincidence.

Ganks: Don't like it? Don't pirate our space. That'd be the inrp reasoning no? The phrase 'Can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen' applies here. Admittedly because of our ganks, we have received some ganks in return. But when all is said and done, we've really enjoyed the big fights that ensued, even if we lost. It gives us the time to reflect on what we did wrong during the battles. It also gives us something to jokingly refer to in the future, such as the Kyushu war, a nickname we gave to a huge outcast incursion.

As for ooc hate via PMs. As i heard it, you did nothing but bitch about you getting ganked. You even made a sarcastic Kudos. Next time you come to Kusari looking for easy blues you'll get the same response. We're a police faction, not a free kill faction.

I'm not surprised the RR have such a bad reputation for this. You've let yourselves down by attempting to mitigate your anger into us looking foolish, and failing at it.

As the Battlecruiser pilot, you're right, I did stick to only those insults. Because I happen to have a character who is very biased against stupid outsider Gaijin, like your characters. She doesn't know much about you, so why would she go on further? Don't give me some convoluted rant about how my character lacks depth, when you've had -one- encounter with her, as a pirate attacking traders on a trade lane.


I'd also like to respectfully ask any further posts in this thread be ONTOPIC and kept to Productive Criticism rather than angry players who have seen what the law is capable of. We have a feedback thread seperate to this located HERE.
