To put points above, Zoners in general nor Phoenix ain't Order forces. We have our point, our own view on "life". As you probably read out faction information - we're ex ZTC, Omicroners. After depart(disband) of main Omicroners fleet, by RP we're scared to loose not just Omicron-74, but our lives. Our homeships fleet was very little so we're mobilized at Livadia and lost control under 74 as whole(RP reason about loosing ownership under O-74). So, we started to produce our new homeship's fleet and by the same time started build our first POB in Sigma-17(Siberia Hideout, so it's was our HQ), due strained diplomatic relationship with Corsairs and some other stuff comes from cronies times.
As we're let people know, we ain't Omicroners anymore, but free minded, vagabonds known as Phoenix, we started living without fear to loose our lives, since old mistakes of omicroners were fixed. Our headquarters were moved to Livadia. But not for long, after PSP establishment. Probably it's partially move back to Livadia, due the threat of Nomads in Zeta.
So, we're keep hold Livadia form the old times. FPXV were given to OSI.
Your movements such as null of disassemble your POB won't be tolerated, because you haven't asked us to build it inside of our NPC station. And yeah, fire upon Livadia Palace, which serves as administrate annexe of shipyards was really bad move.

As for the old livadia storage base, that base is going to stay - that's our insurance so if you want to have a deal, thats the first condition. Now, don't be upset by this information, its meant to be a feedback and a feedback only and I hope this ugly stain will vanish soon.

So... let me summarize:
After 1h 20 min of non-stop rp (kudos to the ones who actually participated), the official Zoner faction tells me "I am so sick of your bs", having offered hardly anything but "you sound like ZA" rp before that.
That's... actually... only slightly better than "We are at war, no rp any more".
You guys should get used to the fact that there are Zoners living in O74. That they move as free people. That they carry goods like food, water, oxygen (for you: Basebuilding mats!!!) for their families, because small problems like these is what we will be rping. Normal life in a zone that you made a warzone even though it is not necessary any more.
