I pretty much made a collage of different technical items I cut out. Did you mean that?

what format (example; jpeg., png., or other) are you using and what site is hosting your artwork?

It is all formated to jpg and the website i did the upload to is>

www.directupload.net

But their server seems to be down atm. I am not able to get on their page.

Tinypic is also a good alternative.

Also, you can make the background of your signature transparant if you save it as a .png format. We do have forum skins that aren't deep blue and some people use them.
