4 stacked pobs arent necessarily bad, but their positioning in the system or relative to each other can be problamtic and/or ugly





Having the possibility for something like this at Freeports or certain npc bases, all set to neutral or the npc station's iff, no wps, and no shields, would actually be pretty cool.

Unfortunately people are pretty much forced to build POBs in crappy ways because of the combination of game mechanics, rules, and laws we have.

for example, if just the storage modules have a bit more capacity, the whole picture will looks much better and beautiful, as the bases require so much stuff loaded

It's better than the same pobs scattered crookedly all over sirius looking all the same, using god knows what defensemodes and iffs, armed to the teeth because they think they need it to survive, being blown up again and again in sieges that are boring for one side and game-shattering for the other.
