The middle glyphs say 'Aoi Iseijin', the five glyphs underneath spell 'Akura' vertically.

I think I would like it at: A high resolution (if possible, if not oh well) and without the glyphs. The text seems a little bit intrusive.

And... I know it wasn't really too incredibly impressive/awesome/exciting, but I'd still like some commentary as to my Illustrator work:

I liked the logo and thought the pixelation was criminal, so I redid Kyle Andrews' Sushi in Illustrator.

Imageshack scaled it to 1096 × 822, but the actual dimensions are 3298 × 2474.

You could remove the black space around the text and make it blend in with the image more, it's too stark at the moment. But I like the pretty bloom effect on the image.
