Questions 7 and 8 sound more like he wants to know what people think, without that really being very important for his decision on who to make admin.

Yes, remember he is asking you to critique the people you would be working with. It also asks about your priority list in terms of being a admin, the things you think are the biggest problems. Both of those questions will probably be looked at very carefully, not just be some throw away question.

administration have already been picked for the positions.

Was just saying that apart from including onformation on the applicant, it also includes information on how the admin team is bein perceived.

My whole motivation in saying that was not to say that there is a dark conspiracy that will bann people for saying something negative, but rather to encourage people to answer that question honnestly instead of saying "I always agreed with everything they did".

Me saying that shoulndt cause any harm to the intent of the question, whether it was purely to evaluate the candidate, or to also gather information on what people think about the admin team.

A message for everyone: The admins can smell the horse poo. Answer the questions honestly, cause they will know if you dont. And seriously, it's a hard job, any of you who are excited about the idea should probably reevaluate why you might want to do the job. Be yourself and be honest, and do worry, it's really not this big a deal.

He never pretended it had anything to do with democracy.
Maybe a republic, if they say anyone can become admin, but he never said the community decides.

Before they are picked he will at least ask if they want to do it or not, which is the most imortant information for the picking of applicants here.

What is being said in the applications is rather insignificant in relation to who says it, true.

Except maybe if someone they already thought was suitable is dumb enough to say "I'm gonna ban this guy if I become admin".

I have sent my application to 3 Admins - however, it's not required to - but sometimes I do so to other player's.

I posted my honest opinion upon the Admins decisions. They work hard on getting things on target and right on track for players to get comfortable with the rules, community, and even with the factions. I always give them my respect - and yet I haven't seen an 'admin gon Rogue' around here.

Hey - I do worry if I get in, even as a Moderator, since I am here in daily bases.
