Alright, got a bug/mistake about ramming capitals to report.
During today's fight in Minor against BHG gunboat, I noticed hull drops for like 30 % when you just even scratch it a bit.
Few times I lost 20-30% of my hull with shields up when I just sweaped near gunboat, didn't even heard sound of ramming/scratching.
Later on we went to Omicron 100, where bomber was ramming my hathor for like half an hour, and only shield going down, hull intacted.
With his shields droped, he rammed me again only to see like 5-10 % of hull droping.
So I am interested, what are the conditions that set the amount of hull droping when ramming capitals.
And why sometimes it damages hull with shields up and sometimes it doesn't.
Checked all the fields in Omega-7, absolutely no drops.

' Wrote:as far as i remember - palau never had any mining modifier applied - so since it was not marked a "mining area" - it might simply be empty atm. - i sometimes wondered about miners that departed from fp11 empty ( hegemon ) ... just to return filled up only like 10 min later. - cause from waht i know... it would have taken around 30 min+ to fill up 2.7k cargo there.
but then - maybe it was adjusted at some time...
the point is...
corsairs are no miners, zoners are no miners, bhg are no miners, nomads are no miners... and no mining cooperation goes to such a remote system like delta ( well - they are not supposed to anyway ) - so... it wasn t a mining field.
The field around Dabadoru was made into an Iridium field. It had decent drops, and if you had two ships working together, you could fill up a Hege quite quickly.
That's also why Daba was PUT in the middle of the Iridium Field. We (the BHG Core) claimed it as ours and we had hired Miners to work the field. (The Hege has a BHG IFF, with a Miner ID - I mis-spoke earlier.)

Again, this is part of the Core RP, and these are Miner ID'd ships working in the rocks. This is one of the sources of the Core's wealth - we've claimed the field around Daba.
' Wrote:ore will not fill to a full cargo amount by defualt, if there is 3 holds left, and you are supposed to 6 six ore from the next roc, it wont fill at all
we need a command which will let Mafics and mining snubcraft send thier ore to a hegemon.
Trade screen....

This "experimental" update solved the issues I've been having with playing the game. No longer am I randomly kicked out after a minute of being online.
Let the galaxy howl in despair for I have returned.

From a server load perspective, though, it does. Those huge floating clouds used to cause major issues. So to make the game run a little better, either use the trade screen, or simply dump your cargo hold into one neat little beamable package.

Keep your inventory window open while shooting the rocks, and click on drop cargo once it's full.
Is that so hard ? Mining with several snubs was unbalanced, anyway.
