Also as i said earlier. go back about 18month's,and you will see a few sanctions for this type of Factions Ordering people to follow their RP,instead FREELANCER RP. Notice i did not say Discovery? I play as a FREELANCER Outcast, and that is what rules require. Nothing more. For example. I can go into Dublin right now,and start shooting BMM/BAF and 101st can't do crap about it,even though "they" have an arrangment. THAT is what i am trying to say.
Now maybe 101st has new leadership, and maybe they forget the past. Oh Well. Their is a saying. "those who forget the past, are destined to repeat it"
What?
Why would i know any of your outcast's names? What does that matter?
Also, i'm pretty sure telling me to "read the F******* manual" counts as trolling.

It's this kind of attitude that is VERY annoying.
Look. Even some of the less...literate indies, that I know, tend to try and keep their RP (whatever there is) up to common and accepted convention. Sure, you CAN, technically, just say that all OCs are drug smuggling, homicidal, drugged-out freaks. But, when put up to a majority of what OCs RP, it makes you look kind of silly.
Also, people who act like that tend to cause problems. For example, if you WERE to start going around, shooting every BAF| you see, they'd invariably come to us, the 101st to complain. Maybe even cut off our arrangement. And then, as we represent the faction, you end up dragging the entire Outcast faction into a diplomatic mess.

I'm pretty sure you should read what i said and stop arguing over a game.
[color=#FFFFFF]Oh my God ryoken are you arguing just for the sake of the argument right now, or are you really refusing to see/read what are we trying to tell you?
Let me give you an example:
We all know what the USN is, now imagine that some pmc comes along and names itself North America Defense Force. They are both fighting for the same goals they are both the same nation. The NADF decides to use the standard USN nomenclature to it's vehicles, so everything they do is automatically carbon-copied to the USN. What would the USN do? There is nothing wrong with the pmc but it just can't do whatever it wants since it's still under the law of the country and quite frankly the unit that commands that part is the USN which affairs are affairs of country itself.
On the other hand if the pmc does its thing without violating the laws of the real navy, using the previous example naming its ships accordingly it can only be beneficial. You can have your indepence meaning you don't actually have to get into too much paper work as well as less discipline than the real navy and you can both work together for the good of the country
Real life example aside, I can give you one within the Outcasts.
My faction is an "indie one" meaning we are not official as well. But we do take orders from the 101st when needed we do abide by their general laws and we still manage to do pretty much what we want i.e.: retaining the liberties of an independent faction. XTF does the same thing, as well as numerous independent players not part of any unofficial-faction.
In short: Do whatever the frakk you want just obey a few basic rules that won't affect your RP or game play.
Well, we have a precedent, the reason why that red line appeared in that rule. 101st made a cease fire with Bretonia. And then tryed to FR5 indies who still pirated brets. But they got warned that if NPCs are pirating bretonia vanilla-wise no official faction can stop indies from doing it as well. Nor they can shoot at them because same ID'd players can't attack each others.
Yup lets do it. Sorry some already do. I guess they are not following 101st RP. What ever shall 101st do? NOTHING!
Now 101st you are correct that BAF may get upset at indie Outcast's not following your RP. That would suck. But as admins have stated in the past they do not have to follow that RP if not following freelancer RP. Also 101st just has to tell BAF that it is an Indie, and since outcasts are not "really" a nation, and just a very powerful group, that 101st cannot be responsible for all outcasts. Hell the name says it all. "OUTCAST"

Yes they can. They are specifically allowed to.
It's in the official faction rights.
Also, the nomenclature of the Outcasts and the definition of "Outcast" Has NOTHING to do with their RP.
They're called Outcasts because of their origin and the split between the Outcasts and the Corsairs.
Learn your faction lore.
