I think it's already been said that cloaking will NOT be available to all ships. It will be given to official factions that qualify.. what those qualifications are, i do not know. All i remember is seeing somewhere someone said that it's for official factions.

Eh, I assumed it was for big Capitals only.

Can we expect release notes/a changelog before it comes out? To be honest, we do not know TOO much about it 4.86.

Hopefully they can make a few exceptions. The OSD| arent technically official, but we're supported by the Order| and are, as far as RP is concerned, part of it.

Would be kind of silly if the faction that's supposed to be creating stuff like cloaking devices and jump drives arent allowed to use them >.>

I assume this would be given to order, along with other top-tech factions, since it does make sense. But of course, the admins would have to work a way to do that without giving it to the lolwuts in cap ships. I'm thinking possibly a select few within the official factions would receive the device. But hey, i honestly have no idea. I just kinda heard that a while back. For all i know they could simply sell it to the public for 1 golden dabloon! :laugh:
