OC is wors RP faction i know... they dont even do anything instead of raids... Oh, and they have Biggest dreadnought fleet in sirius... or its just Cardamine? Or spirits?

As a rule Liberty in general can be tough, and places like Leeds and Hamburg have good days and bad. Mining fields can also be devoid of RP, with people lolwutting in /local to their hearts content.

just today i undcked in gamma in a little gladiator to find 2 ranseurs and 1 sarissa in front of the docking ring...

Yep, that ship was modelled a year ago. A hitboxer would have finished the project, but it was not approved to substitute the legate.

Seeing this and a legate, I know I'd take a Titan, but if I ha to pick from those two... Definitely a Procurator.
