Biographical Segment:Ryan Cooper is a fairly average person in Sirius. He was born and raised in Manhattan and completed the Reserve Officer Training Corps while studying Aeronautical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology (CalTech). He became a Commissioned Officer in the Liberty Army after graduation and deployed to Planet Leeds during the Gallic War. His unit was sent there to provide support for the local resistance forces. During his time, he utilised the engineers under his command to construct low cost, low-orbit satellites to collect geospatial and telemetric intelligence. This allowed his unit to locate enemy positions and forward operating bases so that he could pass on this information to the Leeds Resistance. He also pioneered drones within the planet for surveillance and search and detroy missions, including suicide drone attacks. The satellites and drones were all constructed from the scrapheap left from the bombardment of Leeds, they were cheap and low quality but they got the job done. Although his work only affected the immediate area of operations he was deployed to (for multiple tours), his ingenuity caught the eye of the Army's military intelligence who were planning to recruit him. Unfortunately, he injured by shrapnel during an artillery strike by Gallic forces and MEDVAC'ed out of the planet. He has spent the last year in surgery and recovery.
As he improvised on the battlefield, he did not realise he was actually conducting intelligence operations as he was not formally deployed for those kinds of missions. The battlefield situation brought out his creativity and allowed him to use what was around him to create machines designed to detect hostiles so that he could pass this information on to the relevant combat units. He was in post-surgery recovery when the Gallic war ended. He was scheduled to be redeployed to a military intelligence unit but he preferred not working at a desk. With an intelligence career now open to him after he finished recovering from his battlefield injuries, he opted to apply for the =LSF=.

Biographical Segment:I was born on Freeport 9 and lived most of my childhood on a transport ship while my parents ran scientists back and forth to various research stations. It didn't pay much but it kept the family fed and clothed.
When my father retired and settled down on his home Planet Los Angelas, he sold his rusty old ship and gave me half of it so she could get out on my own.
I joined the academy in the Liberty Navy and became a pilot for a Navy Destroyer. I was well respected amongst my peers and earned the rank of lieutenant with honours.
After my tour of duty was over I bought a fighter with my fathers inheritance and took up freelance bounty hunting.
This is when my life changed.....
After various successful small bounties, I took up a high bounty on a criminal operating near my "home" in Omicron Theta, it was a Corsair. He was a coward and also had alot of friends. I got shot up and managed to escape to the protection of Freeport 9, my vessel badly damaged. I sold it for scrap and took a transport to Manhattan and acquired a small transport ship of my own.
After a long time trading, I got an encoded transmission from the LSF, they wanted me to freelance in secret, gathering intelligence and assisting Liberty Forces against piracy and law breakers.

After his graduation, Anthony enlisted to Keepstar Research Group and worked there as a junior engineer until 820, when this small research corporation went bankrupt. The amassed capital Latif invested in its own reliable spacecraft of gunboat class to be used for R&D, trade, and other purposes. The years between 820 and 826 were mostly spent on a gunboat, resulting in Latif becoming a rather skilful pilot of this ship class.
Since 825, following his wish to push Liberty's progress further and achieve technological supremacy over other houses, begun to work for Ageira Innovations as a junior engineer for the robotics R&D division but made no career success in this field. In late 826, Latif requested a transfer to the Security Division. Six months after, in the middle of 827, Anthony, due to often conflicts with some members of the Security Division administration, left the corporation and started looking for new working place again.
