Actually I can't find where that tool for editing pictures... I once edited a annoying guys face to make him look fat and we lol'd. Forgot what tool it was though :l

Kuro, I have to disagree with you. Creating graphics is nothing like driving a car. You gotta have an eye for it. Would you say that learning how to sing is similar to learning how to ride a bicycle? If one doesn't have the passion or a talent for it, he/she will never get original and good at at. They could imitate other people's work, like i do, for example, but would never get that "special/unique edge".

I am not gonna bore you saying that holly mama of god you do a good job, I will jump straight to what you. probably, want to hear.

1. Sucky ship render. Perhaps choose another one. The render is blurred. If nothing better is available play with levels to make it little more interestinng. Perhaps join 2 layers one sharpened and the other being original. Merge sharpened 50% maybe...
2. BG looks good, give more contrast to bring out the stars.
3.Logo in the middle is almost unnoticeable. Maybe add some FX to it or move to another place.
4. Give some levels to the guy's image.

Overall the composition looks ok. After you give each layer its brightness/contrast you should always merge everything together (as a test case) and play with levels even more. At the end give ,1 or ,2 Gaussian blur. That will give it that soft look.

TBs.

Overall shape is good, I would say pretty good.
1. Give FX to the funky borders
2. Give 70% transparency to the main screen, give some texture to it. Use inside glow, etc to make it look more interesting.
3. Same goes for the Picture frame.
4. Give some FX to the text
5. At the end, merge and give it a drop shadow, perhaps 5px 90 degrees.

I hope that would make your work a tad more "sparkling".

One thing, I can still see the outline of the Ossie, in that scenery.

You may want to try to blend it just a little more.

Other then that, great job.

That looks great, you've really improved. One thing I dont like though, is the custom engine trail. I think the default Ossie engine trail with a few enhancing details would look much better. But overall looks really cool.

Edit: I also dont know what that triangle thingie in the bottom right corner is supposed to be. I think if you just cut it out completely, or added the same space-theme in, would make it look better. Personal opinion though.

And yus, engine trail is bothering me aswell, I still lack idea how exactly to make default one with circles.
And again you right about triangle:D
At start I had that kind of textures on more places, and when I removed some, this one stayed, as I wasn't sure with what to replace, but didn't want to leave blank spot, as I like small details like this one.
But for now will leave it as it is, colors do match with rest of the sig.
