Hmmm...Bevel, glow and transparency look nice at some parts while on others they don't:(
But is surely is interesting and new..that's most important.

Maybe if you keep it up with the style you could perfect it ?!:D

ps : Those trans. bars are oversized xD

Stick to that id suggest or work harder on your bars they look
to blurry and rushed.
