The Command Centre now flies a Gunboat, to better simulate a Battle Command Centre. Possibly made a Cruiser, but i highly doubt it.
We are organizing an event with the LWB and VF, hopefully next sunday (not this sunday) that will involve them attempting to capture prisoners.
[17:45:39] Wolfs Ghost (Murphy): Tom, you have problems. Go kill yourself.
[19:25:12] Johnny (Jam): Tomtom, I will beat you with a spoon.
[14:22:56] Prarabdh Thakur: KILL HIM WITH A SHEEP.
[17:40:48] Eagle (Junes): Tom should be slapped with a spoon.
[11:32:18] Warspite: Thank you for being so awesome Tom. <3
[18:17:36] Metano: I love you tomtom
[20:06:24] Warspite: I will seriously give you epic head.

Manuel has talked sense into me about the Command Centre, and the Gunboat was decreasing my time in my Phantom and i probably would of never gone into my phantom again. I've decided i'm gona change it into a Luxury Liner as soon as i have enough money.

After much consideration me and Arkantos have decided to make the HQ and Command Centre both Rheinland Cruisers, but they will be under heavy laws that follow:
- The HQ and Command Centre will not be allowed to move out of the trade lanes paths.
- The HQ and Command Centre will always be positioned around a Planet, unless heading to another Planet.
- The HQ and Command Centre will only engage other players on self defence.
- The HQ and Command Centre will NEVER be allowed to pursue criminals, that will be left to officers in fighters.
- Any emergencies with enemy capital ships should be dealt with by the Military, so the HQ and Command Centre will NOT engage capital ships foreign to Rheinland unless in self defence.
- If any admins request that we change the Cruiser into something else we will do so, but with a polite question asking why.

Make it Leitende Polizeidirektorin, if it's a female.
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.

Thanks for the note, we always need our correct German Gramatica:D.

Some issues that come to mind: What does such special "Command Centre" character actually provides your faction in terms of enhanced experience as opposed to actually granting your flight group with one extra fully operational member (specially considering your numbers aren't so vast). Also, I see a strange escalation there. First the fact that you now have both an Head Quarters AND a Command Centre (and curiously both are mobile ships), then the fact that these ships seem to be ever increasing in size and firepower (transport, then gunboat, then cruiser and now two cruisers).
You're actually comissioning two military grade vessels (cruisers nonetheless) to function as command hubs to police officers flying light fighters. If these vessels aren't to see combat, why can't these people be coordinated from the ground? Sorry for my bluntness, but "engage only in self-defense" is but an euphemism for "we're just not going to outright pursue combat, but will be ready and waiting for it when it comes our way" or do you plan to make a hasty exit whenever you notice something big coming? Because your foes will not expect anything less than a fight from you, they don't really care about what your theoretical mandate is. You are in a war ship and they want a fight.
What's the difference between a Head Quarters and a Command Centre? I can understand the difference from in theory, but I would like to understand what is the difference for you guys and how will those two ships (since they were made ships) act differently.
Finally, you listed self-imposed (alleged) strict rules for them to follow, but out of six rules, four are themselves writen with very wide loopholes on them:
"will not be allowed to move out of the trade lanes paths, unless on a mission." What sort of mission grants an exemption to that rule?
"will always be positioned around a Planet, unless heading to another Planet, doing a mission, or getting equipment." Again, what sort of missions do these vessels perform?
"will only engage other players on self defence." How hard will these vessels try and avoid confrontation against other players?
"so the HQ and Command Centre will NOT engage capital ships foreign to Rheinland unless in self defence." Same as above.
So, simply put: What are these ships for and why do you feel you need them?

the HQ was always a prison liner until now, people have being questioning why we do not have rhienland vessels. and the aim is that they are sort of mobile. The HQ is heavily limited, more limited then the Command centre. the actual aim of these ships is RP, yes, there is another HQ on new berlin, but the other Mobile HQ is sort of used to command operations, the command centre will be alot more mobile accross al of rhienland. the HQ will be mostly in new berlin unless an event is happening. no doubt the self defence rule will go out due to people liking to attack a cruiser.but we hope that people will understand that the ships are for RP only, not to charge in and atack everything.
and talk to sheppard about the rules, he said to leave it to him so i did, he will help you with that, but i think all i said tells the differance between the HQ and command centre
