Why do you want to join the Primary Fleet?
The Nomads have simply been far too quiet since the war. I believe they may be planning a mass extermination of the humans surviving in Sirius. I will not just sit back and watch as the Nomads take life after human life, so about a month ago I decided to give all I possibly can to defend the human race from this alien threat.
How long have you been in the Secondary (Independent) Fleet?
I've been fighting with Secondary Fleet for around a month now.
What do you think you can bring to us in the Primary Fleet
I will be able to provide my combat skills in helping to protect the human race from the potential Nomad uprising. I will also be able to provide security measures for other Order agents.

Section III: Pilot History
Please provide a brief history of yourself.
I was born in Liberty to two, hard working DSE operatives (Who wish to remain anonymous in this recruitment letter) who, at the time, were working on the Boron mining operation on Planet Pittsburgh. I was brought up in a family that was always having trouble with money. My father flew a Camara Civilian Freighter in order to deliver the Boron that made ends meet. My mother flew a second hand Starflyer, as it was the only other spacecraft we could afford. Due to the conservative environment I was raised in, I understand the importance of teamwork and efficient use of resources. I've never had any psychological issues of any kind and can remain calm under fairly intense pressures, however I do not allow this to affect my ability to act accordingly when a situation requires me to do so.
During the beginning of the Nomad war I was at a very young age. Whenever I'd asked my parents about this organization I was told that it was run by "Bad men." My parents had formed this idea from the Libertonian propaganda. I was kept in the dark about the Nomad war until my parents had become infected. They bound me to the kitchen table and attempted to "Plant their seed." I was right on the brink of becoming one of them before a group of Liberty Rogue pirates broke into our home, with the original intent of looting us, but when they stumbled upon such a scene and saw the fear in my eyes, they drew the light arms they had previously looted from a nearby LSF supply depot near the operation we were staying at and fired upon my parents. I watched in horror as the true Nomads began to crawl from the bowels of their previous human vessels before they too were exterminated by the ironically vigilant Rogue pirates. I followed them to the landing pad but was unable to travel inside their own Bloodhound fighters due to spacial limitations. I had my first spaceflight at the age of eight, in what used to be my mother's old Starflier. We landed shortly after at buffalo base, just in time to see the now hero, Edison Trent, leave to save the president. I did not hate the Rogues for what they had done, they had saved me from the Nomads. They never really killed my parents, the Nomads did that.
I was further raised by the Rogues and started working for them at the age of 18. I got to know my way around the Sirius sector doing small smuggling operations, delivering substances like Cardamine and Alien Artifacts to multiple other pirate bases. During my trips I had inevitably and very unintentionally taken small doses of Cardamine. Luckily though, small enough that I never got addicted to the substance. One day I had returned to the news that my friend and mentor for the past 17 years was dead...killed during a smuggling run through Omicron Kappa by a small, yet powerful Nomad fleet. I knew then what I had to do. I'd thanked the Rogues for their kindness and generosity before taking my Pirate Train and setting the course to Omicron Minor. On my way I'd encountered several nomad fleets, which I was just barely able to neutralize. Upon my arrival to Omicron Minor I was captured and interrogated by Order agents. I'd explained my purpose to them and was welcomed into the Secondary Fleet, however the older agents did keep a very close eye on me for a while.

Why do you want to join the Primary Fleet? Because the nomads need to learn that they can no longer attack humans without fear of retribution.
How long have you been in the Secondary (Independent) Fleet? 2 months
What do you think you can bring to us in the Primary Fleet? My skills with negotiation are excellent; I've sent countless wayward freelancers and smugglers away from Omicron Minor with firing a single shot. I'm not soft though, any of said freelancers or smugglers that have been caught in Order space twice never return for a third time.

Section III: Pilot History
Back in 802 A.S a badly damaged and seemingly lifeless Jinkusu class Juggernaut was found adrift after a Nomad attack in Omicron Delta. An Order boarding party was sent aboard to see if there was anything left worth salvaging. Of the thousands of people on board only one was still alive, a boy. That boy was me.
In a twist of fate, I was adopted by the late Admiral Alfred Stone.
Being brought up in the Order there was really only one path and that path was to become a protector of humanity. My adoptive father saw me as some sort of protege, clay to be molded. Whenever I wasn't being taught by tutors, I was with Alfred. He taught me how to deal with people, how to stand up for myself, how to fight, how to lead. By the age of 24 I was already at the helm of a Hathor, my connections allowing me to skip the ranks of the common soldier and into a position where my father's teachings would be put to good use.
When I was assigned Omega 3 on a recon op, my diplomatic skills served me well as I avoided conflict with BAF and RM officers. When the BHG moved in my ability to command my men in combat allowed me to best my foes and put up a glorious fight when I was finally overwhelmed.
With my Hathor in ruins, I caught a ride back to Omicron Minor with a group of Zoners. On our way we encountered a Nomad gunboat, which identified itself as Qingu. While the Zoners were horrified and were making preparations for the next life, I stepped up to the comms array. The nomad was interested to see that someone was willing to stand up to it. It told me that humans had invaded it's home and now it was seeking to eradicate us. I reasoned that if the nomads were not so quick to anger a deal could be made.
After long debate on the failings on mankind the nomad let us go. Relieved, the Zoners made haste towards Omicron Minor.
Upon my arrival I learned that Alfred had fallen ill and was possibly infected. I immediately went to see him, only to find him in quarantine.
I recorded the conversation for I knew it would be my last with him:
"Son, what are you doing here?"
"I heard you were ill, I had to see if you were alright."
"Well you're here, so listen good. The doctors think there's some kind of nomad inside of me, well they don't think, they know. They've got scans and such. I can feel it too, it keeps trying to tell me something about you and my ship, the Retribution."
"Why would a Nomad care about that?"
"I have dreams, I keep seeing you at the helm."
"There's no way I'm ready to take command of such a vessel yet, Dad."
"Listen here, sonny you take damn ship use it well; I've got no time left and you have to be in a position to lead, for the good of humanity!"
After his outburst he started convulsing and coughing up blood; in a few seconds he died.
At the funeral, I was allowed to see him one last time. Although he had fought many battles and suffered many injuries, I did not recall him ever suffering any wounds to the chest. These were no ordinary wounds however, they were in the shape of some sort of text. I noted the symbols on a piece of paper and took it to our lead researchers to see if they could decipher it.
They came back with one word, a name, Qingu.
After that I knew, I was meant for something. With a request to High Command, the Geb Light Assault Carrier known as the OCV-Retribution was placed under my Command.

I'm always on after school from 4pm-6pm and then 8:30pm-9:30pm, on the weekends I spend most of the day online. I check the forums every day to make sure I'm up to date. In terms of time on my Order| character; At the moment I spend 90% of my time on it, it all depends on what's going on with other characters.

I was born in rheiland space. My brothers joined zoners. Nowadays they are a good traders and rich people, they support me with money. I wasnt like them and decided to join millitary forces. I was quiete dissapointed when i was left on my own after fight with red hessians and LWB. After this incident ive decided its time to go. So i have left my home like everyone from my family. We have spread around sirius. So after all i was injured in fight with nomads, one strong corsair saved me. My ship was in desolate status even before fight so he was my angel. He showed me the way to minor and told me the order will help me. After few months ive made some money, bought a new ship with all equipment and now im ready to fight and defend my new homeland. I have been flying with the secondary fleet for quite some time now. I have been a Captain in a faction of the Order known as the Iron Legion (IL-), but all of us split up after a little while after helping the Primary Fleet with whatever needed to be accomplished. I have managed to retain my rank of Captain since the split up and have been so called "independent" since. I will not lie, I have been getting very bored of my situation in the secondary fleet and have decided to step up my game.

I'm a very relaxed person but if pushed, I can turn into a grizzly bear. I believe that you have to have some sort of honor in life and my big thing is where I'm from. I think of the Order as my "familia" which means I will do anything for them.
* Any previous ventures you have undergone
During my time in the secondary fleet I have traveled just about all over Sirius. From exploring the Omicrons, to hunting das Wilde in the Omegas, and stealthily moving through house space and just observing everything that went on.

I haven't really been in-game as much as I used to be when I first started, but I would consider myself fairly active. I am in summer school at the moment so during the week I may not be on a lot. As for the forums, I check them regularly and keep up to date with everything going on that pertains to me.

Yes I have, I was sanctioned once for a Pvp abuse. Just me and a friend were just messing around acting dumb and my friend claimed there was a bounty on this guy so we attacked him and the end result was a sanction. Definitely learned my lesson there.

I have been flying with the secondary fleet for quite some time now.
